They are thieves I provided pictures showing proof that the items were stolen and the conversation with Walmart and they still wouldn't return my money I WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING PERTAINING TO MY MONEY AGAIN! And they will comment on my review and say if I need assistance to email or reach out they do not respond and they will steal your money with no remorse! I will be filing a claim with the better business bureau at this point! And do whatever next steps I have to take

This bank is no help I been dealing with a dispute for 7 months now cause they keep denying me when clearly I don’t live in Florida when I live in Georgia and they ain’t trying to help me get my money back all they doing is telling me lies and excuses cause I’m trying to see what they investigating team looking at when I know they don’t see me at them 3 stores when I was clearly at work when my money got took .They have poor customer service and they don’t care that your money got took at all ! I will always give them a bad review cause they are scammers !!!

Hello James, we sent you a response regarding the merchant hold on your account. We do not have the ability to cancel or release these funds. Since the transaction was cancelled, the funds will be released back to the account after 7 days, and the transaction will fall off. You can always try contacting the merchant to see if they will issue a reversal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Theses people are liars. I was told on the 18 the investigation team was going to have my result. The 18th came and they lie and lie ..even told me the moment I hang up the phone I was going to get a email.. they refused to let me speak with their manager (she was embarrassed! Cause how you do comfortable lying to your customers?) NOW ITS THE 31st ..lol like what a joke! Am not even sure if I should be mad or laugh..I already contacted my lawyer because at this point they are playing cat and mouse games and am not interested. DONT TRUST THESE FOLKS WITH YOUR MONEY

If you think your dispute needs to be re-reviewed, please respond to the email sent to you few hours ago or email disputes@oxygen.us and request a rebuttal.
Otherwise, as per our records you filed a complaint in June and July related to funds availability and disputes. A rebuttal was filed for one of the disputes which was later re-denied. For the funds availability complaint the requested docs were provided and the account was later reinstated.

They hold your money for 30 days on hotel deposits!
They do a 30 day hold on hotel deposits? I literally live in a hotel and when I got a room on the 4th of July to be closer to the fireworks, I used this card for the hotel deposit thinking nothing of it. Well on the 7th business day when I was expecting to see my money hit my account - I called and asked why it hadn't. They told me they do the 30 day hold and it is required by Visa but I called Visa as well because I only have visa debit cards and I have never had a hotel or bank for that matter hold my money so long. They are scam artists and I can't wait for that money to be returned because I am going to close my account with this company and now wish I had read the reviews before ever going this route to begin with.

We can empathize with your frustration but we do follow banking protocols in all disputes. You filed a dispute in April, filed for $XXX.
You requested the investigation document on 7/7 and all the documents were sent. Since then there has been no attempt made to reopen the claim or provide additional info. If you think your dispute needs to be re-reviewed or you have any further concerns, please email the team at disputes@oxygen.us to have your claim reopened.
As with all disputes there are more processes involved and it is seen as a legal dispute.

Filed dispute for charges made after wallet and phone was stolen, oxygen denied the claim and hasn't provided me with the documents they said they would provide from their investigation.
Update: they sent me an email after seeing review and posted to check my email and the so called documentation of why they denied my dispute was one paper stating that it seemed to match activity from my account, well duh they used my stolen phone and my hacked Walmart account dummy!!

There were multiple disputes and multiple merchants were involved. The investigation for $XXX was denied on 6/25. You requested the investigation document on 6/26 which was sent to you the same day. We will be happy to send the time stamps.
It was actually determined that this may be a case of fraud and the account was closed, of which you were notified. Since then there has been no correspondence from your end nor is there a request to reopen the claim or provide additional info.
