Since you have already used the gift voucher, we are unable to process a refund at this time. We offer gift vouchers first because they offer greater value then a refund, meaning we can provide more money back then a refund, but you are always entitled to a refund if you prefer.

Poor service. Adds extra insurance charge that is hard to spot when checking out. When challenged on the unwanted insurance they refuse to reverse it. Be very careful they don’t sneak any extra charges when ordering from here

Our Shipping Protection is designed to offer coverage in case of lost or damaged items during transit, providing a smooth resolution such as a replacement product or a gift card. We do make it clear that this option is available at the checkout page, and it's opt-outable.
Regarding your request for a refund, unfortunately, since your order has already been delivered and the Shipping Protection was opted for, we are unable to process a refund.
Please note, customers DO HAVE THE CHOICE to opted in or opted out of insurance. It is automatically added at checkout but customers have the choice to remove it if they wish at checkout.

!!Dont buy from this company!! They will make you consume expired and tampered products. They sent oxyshred that was tampered with and when i requested a refunded they sent another faulty product.
They refuse to believe that it is unusable. They ignore emails and when i asked for a refund for my UNOPENED product as per their refund policy they told me to open the product. They said if the product is clumpy they will refund me but still refuse to. Im writing my second review as i cant respond to them on my initial review, but the more the better as i dont want anyone else to fall into the same boat.
They also say that the photos and videos i sent to them are fine. They are absolutely not. I think i know a faulty product when i see one. I have used Oxyshred multiple times before and never encountered this product. They might as well send me a chisel and hammer so i can fetch out the scoop from the clumpy product

This is the second review you've posted, using a different email address in order to leave us this review. Let me reiterate: you did not receive an expired product. Given your previous experience with Oxyshred product, you should recognize its standard appearance which the replacement we had sent was in perfect condition as confirmed by our supplier.
On March 17th, you reached out to us regarding your purchase of 1 × EHP Labs OxyShred Non-Stim - Honeydew melon made on March 8th, 2024. You mentioned the seal was open and the powder had dried out. You provided a photo showing the powder but not the lifted seal on the tub. It's common for seals on powdered supplements to be slightly lifted due to transit conditions. We promptly responded the same day, explaining that clumping in powdered supplements, especially in EHP Labs products like OxyShred Non-Stim, can occur. To ensure your satisfaction, we expedited a replacement tub to fulfill your original order. Our standard procedure is to arrange replacements before considering refunds.
Despite our efforts, you remain dissatisfied, expressing concern that we sell subpar batches of OxyShred. However, this issue is beyond our control, as any batch may occasionally experience clumping. We reiterated that clumping is common, particularly in the non-stimulant version of OxyShred due to its composition. Per our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for opened products.
Understanding your discomfort, we offered a replacement or a gift voucher. However, since you did not express a preference between the two options, we proceeded with arranging the replacement to honour your purchase. We assured you that if the replacement arrived similarly clumpy, we would gladly refund the original tub.
Upon receiving the replacement, we requested photos and a video showing the powder, which it displayed in perfect condition. Despite this confirmation, you expressed dissatisfaction, claiming the powder "made your finger bend" when scraping through it. We consulted directly with the supplier, who confirmed that the product's consistency was as expected, thus fulfilling your original purchase.
It's important to note that our terms and conditions do not cover compensation for changes of mind or product dissatisfaction when there is no fault with the product. We have fulfilled your order by providing both the original and replacement tubs. Therefore, we will not process a refund, as both tubs have been opened, and the replacement product is in proper condition. We kindly request you to cease further harassment, as we have taken all necessary steps to meet your needs.

tampered seal unusable product
If i could leave zero stars i would. My oxyshred came clumped and the seal was tampered with. I emailed Jaiden multiple times back and forth to try and request a refund with proof of the product being faulty. They proceeded to send a replacement ignoring the fact that i wanted a refund. Im not going order or trust a company where my product that I will be consuming is tampered with. The replacement i got was clumpy also. I cant even get to the scoop. Although it wasnt as bad as the first one i do not want to consume it as first impression matters right? Not for them. I lodged a dispute for a refund on my end. If you want a smooth and easy service go elsewhere.

You came to us with a clumpy tub of oxyshred that you ordered. We sent you a replacement as per our normal procedure. You demanded a refund and we denied the refund and said that if the replacement comes in the same clumpy state, then we would issue a refund. The replacement arrived to you today 19/04/2024 and the product is completely fine and in it's normal powdered state and is useable, as per the screenshot attachment you provided us.
You also sent a video and you quite easily were able to move the powder around with your finger, meaning you can get the scoop out as normal.
We reached out to the supplier EHP Labs directly with both photos and videos of the two products and they have said the product is completely fine and useable and that is exactly how it should look. The replacement is 100% completely fine, but you are still demanding a refund, which we are denying, as you have received what you originally ordered.
