for some reason my payment didn't even go through (thank god after I read the reviews) and now you have to transfer it into their bank account, this much effort should never be a part of buying something, and it's really dodgy, they don't reply to questions, and customer service is really luck luster and I found really confusing.

Worst company I’ve come across I’m not even far from them guys an it’s taken more then 2 months to receive a $100 order that they had in stock ive messaged them an got reply’s days later saying it’s coming to track it an see it’s being redirected will never buy from them again and I hope you don’t waste your money with them

Still waiting on a delivery from a month / two now. Not one reply to the several emails. Do not recommend

WARNING !!!! i would rate minus stars if i could
was excited to recieve a present for a friend only to see it had been used already!!! i took several pics of the stains!!! yes stains . of clear use !!! and sent to the company immediately not even seconds after recieving it !!

they denied it ... i asked for a refund or return and said i was un happy with everything ... long story short they stopped emailing me and basically told me to go away. !!! i have all the proof to show. after spending ALOT of money here this is how i was treated!! believe me boys ABSOULUTE DODGEY COMPANY !!! do not buy from these guys. should be called dirty used items . com. au.

Never respond to emails about issues with products. I have emailed them several times, with either no response OR we need photo's, which had previously been sent, sent again, and once agin no resonser.

Customer service isa shithouse, dont bother ordering from them.

My goodies came pretty quickly, all items ordered were delivered so I placed another order for a large glass bong - wrapped well - there was so much bubble wrap I thought I’d been delivered a body part.. I’ve ordered a few things in the past and this time decided to ‘join’ which gained me points adding up to a fiver off my next order - I’ll be ordering again from this site - thanks Country SA

Have been using ozbongs for over 5 years now and they are still the best. biggest range in Australia and ship same day for me.

Been dealing with these guys for the last year and the women is so rude. First accusing me of not paying and making me send proof then acting like she didn't see my email. It's taken over 2 weeks and my product still is not here. She is just full of excuses.

Have ordered from these guys a few times. While they have the biggest range, they are pretty rude to deal with. If you have a problem with an order they get nasty over email. No customer service skills whatsoever. They screwed me over a few bucks, despite return business, even though it was the wrong item they sent me. All the positive reviews on reddit seems to be written by them. Try some of the smaller vendors like bongsonline, beefys or glassbongs.com.au. A lot of the time the smaller vendors are cheaper to. And they are far nicer to deal with and won't be rude like ozbongs.

Paid on 4th June..... still waiting for delivery on the 16th of June. Customer service is a bit slow even though you call no answer from them. I have bought from beefys bongs in same town and have my item in under a week. Pretty poor effort..
I guess gitta take into account vivid. But still been two whole weeks of business days and no delivery.. i made the choice to use this shop. But i reality so far it was a bad one

These guys sell broken glassware and are suuuper difficult to deal with and rather unprofessional. AVOID if you can. If you can't, cross your fingers your product arrives safe and useable because the returns processes is abysmal for a company in 2020. Seriously avoid them if you can. Biggest online retailer certainly doesn't mean the best. AVOID!

Great products and service, however, previously I be bought from here and they used a courier service, items would be at my door usually the next day, now they use aus post, prepare to wait at least a week for your items.
