got stolen my credit card info and never received the product
I would like to put no star. But it looks like I can't.
I purchased a product through ozcosmetics.com.mx, in Mexico. It was supposed to be delivered 7-14 days later. It's been 3 weeks.
I emailed them at their sales@ address, no reply.
I was stolen my credit card info from their payment system, and the day after my purchase to them, someone used my card here in Mexico to pay for his med school subscriptions.
No reply, credit card info stolen, and no product received. It does NOT deserve even 1 star.

We replied to your email on the same day you sent us the enquiry but you said you didn't see the email. We have issued the refund for your order.
All payments are processed securely on PayPal website (not on our website). We can't see customers' card details. You admitted that your bank don't have proof that your card was stolen because of a PayPal's transaction with us.
Leaving such an irresponsible review is very unfair to sellers.
Fast Delivery, Reliable Shop
It was in lockdown here when I placed the order. Didn't expect it to arrive this quick (2 weeks) and the producs were in solid condition. The customer service was great, got reply in a few hours. Recommend this store.

I ordered 29 June 2020 and order was immediately acknowledged and shipped 1 July with tracking number and message reminder to allow 7 to 14 shipping days. Received the order excellently packed on the 13th of July which is within their time frame. Excellent service and am very pleased.

Rubbish
Rubbish - pretends to be a Singapore company (.com.sg) - and says they will deliver in days - they don't - their courier doesn't have a domain, just an IP address - constant excuses. Would not put my money with this company again.

Super services.
Oz cosmetics is a very trustworthy site.They are customer friendly.My only problem They sent my parcel through India post .Its not thier fault it got delayed for so many days..its indian customs and postal services that are the reason for the delay.
They take much time. You will get your product or your money back for sure. No need to worry shopping on this site. My only request/suggestion to them : please try to use some other courier services,there are many other who serves better and deliver fast. Please let the customer choose an option at the checkout to select the shipping type and speed. They issued refund also for late delivery and very patient with me. Thank you Oz.
