Shocking company with no scruples, I was charged a £13.00 service charge on top of goods cost. I reported it to Santander. They then tried to take an additional unauthorised £29.99 from my card which, because I,d reported them to Santander they asked if genuine to which I said no.
Santander have now blocked any further claims from them. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Don’t use proper transaction software. Suspect they retain card information. Added additional cost to transaction (£10 turned into 24.44!). Complained they said it was an eco charge. Not true
Cancelled bank card on the spot as it felt wrong. Wish I had read reviews first.

Thankfully realised v quickly that a scam but they tried to take £30 from my account for item originally listed as £12. Had to cancel my bank card.

Absolutely terrible.
Added £15 to my total
Wouldn’t cancel the order when I asked (before it was processed at their end)
Said to wait until it arrived and then send it back for a refund…
Arrived, asked for a refund, will cost £35 to send it back!

Never buy from them, item cost 205, but they took 289 from my card...wrote them straight away that i need a refund but no way they refunded me. i don't think i will even get my item, because that tracking number that they provided doesn't exist :D Please stay away from this service!!!

Scammers steer clear

Paid £30.97 on 5/12/24 for 2 toys. This company then took, without my permission, a further £29.99 from from credit card.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company, they say free shipping but then add on all sorts of surcharges at the checkout, not sure how they legally get away with this. Had no reply from customer service to date, really shocking.

When I ordered they say free delivery then you get extra charges for premium shipping don’t fall for it.then they tried to add frivolous charges twice to my card I ended up having to change my card card number I still don’t know when I will get my order

My online order summary advised that I had spent $22 but my email receipt was for over $50 because they charge you $33 for not making a big enough order.
Don't think you are getting a good price, there's a, somewhat dishonest, sting in the tail!

I ordered my partner 'so called' special wide fitting, easy fit diabetic shoes. Due to the expensive $98 cost, I presumed these were a quality shoe from a reputable site. The shipping was slow and when they finally arrived, not even boxed, they were just a very cheap quality Asian shoe. Not wide fitting and far smaller than the US8.5 that they state. I could have ordered these from a certain large Asian website for about $20!!!
A total rip off...hugely misleading...not happy...lesson learned!!!😤

Absolute total scammers!!! Stay well clear!!! Bought thermal gloves for £8. With free delivery then cost me £35. In extra 'service charges ' after I paid. emailed several times, I cancelled my order as soon as I paid for the item as it didn't show the charges until pressing final payment and Couldn't cancel order apparently
as gone through for processing they said! what a joke..never again they never even answered the questions asked just fobbed me off with jargon. I will be reporting it to my credit card company.

This is a terrible company, they sneak an Eco charges onto orders after bamboozling you with offers through checkout process, these cost aren’t visible. So be aware if ordering lower value items.

Deliver times were 72 hrs yet it took 10 days for goods to arrive, asked for a refund they said they couldn’t.!

Customer service is a farce, possibly a bot. They won’t actually answer questions you ask.

Don't buy from these people, they are scammers all day long....

Absolutely scamer be aware with this site, I bought sock from this site price was £6.49 but they took £50.43 from my bank account, they have contact number but they never received call , I bought sock on 19th November 24 my order number is OZ47481UK I haven't received this item neither i get refund ABSOLUTELY SCAMER BE AWARE WITH THIS SITE TO BUY ANYTHING

Scam scam
Bought a wire for unblocking drains and they added £15 of service charges that were never disclosed.
Now they are taking payments without buying anything out of my account.

These people have no shame. My bank has now blacklisted these crooks

Bought some compression socks at£4.95 a pair so I thought I’d buy 4at that price bargain BUT two weeks after receiving them I get a call from nationwide bank saying that ozerty were trying to take a payment of £29.99 out of my account my bank were very fast at spotting this and contacted me asking if this was correct as it was flagged on their system they said is it a subscription which it is not so they blocked payment I think it’s disgusting that a company thinks they can so this and when you try and phone them they say to email them as advisors are busy probably scamming other victims please don’t buy from them it’s a SCAM!!! Wish I read the reviews first I will be reporting them if they dare try to take another payment buyer be aware

I'd give this company 0 if I could but it doesn't allow. I wish I'd read reviews before. Total scam company. If you are guilty like me there are so many hidden costs,hidden charges involved. JUST SAVE YOUR SANITY AND MONEY

SCAM! I had chosen 2 pairs of night driving glasses and the total was £10+. I entered my payment details and as I pressed submit, in milliseconds, a further £13+ was added for “services” before I could do anything. Within 2 minutes of placing the order I contacted to cancel, but was told it was too late and my item was already being processed. AVOID OZERTY! They are thieves.

Definitely do not order. SCAM!!!! wanted a £5 water bottle - kept saying total £5 throughout process. Charged my £20 in the end for 'eco charge'. When asked for order to be cancelled immediately - basically said it had been processed already (LIES) and I should'v read the fine print. Why I did not read reviews before ordering I do not know. But if you are smarter than me and are looking at reviews beore purchasing - do not buy from this company. EVER!
