Blatant scammers no matter what domain they're in. They will advertise themselves on the net, take your money and try to charge you extra. They will not give you anything so make sure to charge back the money and use whatever excuses they have over email as evidence. Stay safe and don't have your time wasted.

As written before my review, I so wish I'd read the others.
Absolutely awful company which has so far taken no stolen 74 euros from my account for a 10 euros product. No product received yet and unfortunately I'm away from home so will have to cancel my card and borrow from friends to get home. I will have to call my bank today and start the procedure. Absolute scum company. Avoid at all costs!

Do not order from this company as they say free delivery but hide the real cost in small writing

BUYER BEWARE- Unfortunately i also found myself falling prey to this company- yes, the sneaky Eco charge got added to my order (its in the very fine print, very cleverly concealed & auto selected by their system) - when it comes to final checkout there is no review & pay screen, so its not until the credit card account is charged that one is aware that its been added.
I contacted them immediately to cancel the order and requested a refund - they have refused …. BUYER BEWARE

Do NOT order from this company. They sold me a pet tracking gps collar for $130. I then needed to get a SIM card for it for an extra $35 and source this online as they did not mention it. When I finally tried to set the product up, the app led nowhere and did not exist. I have sent copious emails over the last 3 weeks and lo and behold my cat has gone missing as their product doesn’t work. They now created a pretend app which makes no sense and won’t connect to the product at all- the translation from Chinese is unintelligible. There is too much to write about the comms of the staff there, as well as the wild goose chase they have led us on and their deceit/games. This is a SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them they should be shut down. Just take a look at all the other reviews. Shameful

Very dodgy be careful! Semt me defective item and they refused to issue refund. They said they will send another one and suddenly i recived its delivered whenn nothing was delivered

This company are scammers. Your order is processed before authorising payment. They then add an "eco charge" which was greater than the cost of the product. I immediately wrote and cancelled the order. They ignored this notification. A week later another larger amount disappeared from my account. They had another name for that charge. The only way to stop them continuing debits is to cancel your card. The order comes from China. Their Sydney phone number is unavailable. They appear to your bank to be in France. They have an address in Dubai.

Total scam, placed an order for an item which was £6 but got charged an additional £20 “eco-charge” plus £2.90 for delivery. Do not waste your time purchasing anything from here.

Stay well away from this company,After dealing with this company which charged me an eco charge of £13 at check out and the fact they also took £29.99 out of my account for for a 40% disount on my next purchase,Looked at the reviews after the fact,N ever seen a company with so many bad reviews,Go the £29.99 back,But in the mean time had to get onto my banks fraud department and cancel my bank card,For this company,BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered 1 product from them & then they charged me an additional £13 for their "eco" charge - which they said was clear at checkout which is complete rubbish- there is no way I would have paid £21.00 for something I could get for about £12 at my local B&Q/ and certainly not if I'd have seen this before I completed my order. When I queried this they said they "empathised" with me but I bet I won't be getting my money back. Dishonest and underhand - if you are going to rip people off with additional charges let them know about it. My advice is do not order anything from these people - I wished I'd have checked the reviews before I ordered.

DO NOT USE this company. I think they are a scam! Item arrived today I’m not holding my breath! I wanted it cancelled but apparently it was too late - as it was being processed - what bullsh1t!! Several emails back n forth and apparently the eco charges are very transparent although it appears not to me and the majority of people on here writing a review. Charged double for this item! I contacted my credit card company as honestly think they are fraudulent! Never again will I buy from them again, even more so be careful to read the reviews before hand. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. 😡😡

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a pair of gloves from this company. The experiences of other people here are very similar to my own. I ordered a pair of gloves priced at £9.49 and was charged £23 for them. I immediately emailed to ask the company to honour the original price or cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel as the gloves had already been dispatched and the increased price was due to eco charges. These hidden charges were nowhere to be seen when I placed the order. Even worse, a few days later, another £30 was taken from my account without my permission. This company is a total scam. Do not have anything to do with it. I would gave given zero stars if it was possible!

Hate is a strong word and I don't normally give reviews but this is a very unethical company and I will never buy from them again. My item arrived damaged and when I asked for a refund I said I could but had to pay a £30 fee to ship back to china. very poor quality product.

I purchased 2 necklaces at the cost of $26.98 because it said free shipping. There was something about eco written in small grey print so I thought nothing of it. It wasn't until I payed, this extra charge of $29.95 appeared, under services. I enquired and they said it was to do with being Eco friendly, and I didn't buy enough, and I was getting penalised for purchasing a small item. Don't go near this company, even though it showed .co.nz they are from the states, that's what my bank said. Wish I had read reviews first, rip-off artist's.

There is an eco charge hidden away in the Terms & Conditions that a) they'll just slap on and almost tripled the price of my order and b) they say is at their discretion, so you wouldn't even know the amount if you had read the small print When you try to get some customer service, the person dealing with you is someone called "Mary P." with a picture attached. It's clearly a fake name and the pictured attached that is really lo-res and looks very AI-generated. In other words, it's a fake person. Avoid at all costs! And the gloves aren't even that warm, to add insult to injury

This is a scam!! They took my order from my basket without my approving the order. They added £14 to the cost of the item. Even though I cancelled the order they completely ignored the cancellation. Don’t order anything from them.

I am a cautious shopper and they have got me. Order $18 worth of socks and received a $29 service fee which only appeared after payment. Their policy allows a 24 hr cancelation, I have received a generic email stating that I'm too late for this, yet it's only 2 hours since my purchase
