Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting! Do not get the migraine machine for over $600! They lie and say 90 day money back guarantee and then say they don’t do refunds. Also extremely rude and unhelpful!
This place is a total scam!!! Be careful and stay away!!

Breach of warranty, breach of consumer guarantee laws

I bought a Cefaly device from this company and it lasted less than 30 uses. I reported it within the warranty period and didn't get their response. Apparently they replied but I didn't get it. They have conflicting information about warranty length on their website- in some places it says 2 years, in others it says 3 years. I followed up 6 months later because I thought I had time, and they said the warranty was 2 years and it was no longer under warranty. Firstly this is breach of warranty because it was reported within the time period, and there was conflicting warranty information on the website. Secondly it is clearly not meeting its legal obligations for quality when the device marketed for daily use for 2 to 3 years breaks after less than 30 uses. This company then had the audacity to say that as an act of goodwill they will offer me 100$ off my next device. This 100$ off is just the current promotion they are running. This captured the misleading spirit of the company. This company has had no regard for the law here, and no regard for their customers. I had never written a negative review before my experience with this company but had to warn others.

Ozhealthpharma sellers of the Cefaly Headache Device try not to give refunds. Be careful please

Ozhealthpharma is the company that currently sells the Cefaly Headache and Migraine Tens device in Australia. I have had the device less than 25 days. I contatced the company 2 weeks ago and told them that the Cefaly device was causing more headaches for me than actually curing them. Today , I was in tears again as my headaches are even worse. I contacted Ozhealthpharma again and told them that I was not happy with the Cefaly device and that I wanted to return it , along with the extra electrodes which I purchased (over $623.00 for everything), and they wrote back to me and said that the headaches are normal! They also stated that as it is a Medical device they are not obliged to refund the items. WRONG. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a device does not do as it says it does, causes more pain , then people are not expected to put up with that pain . Just like anything else that you buy, if it does not do what they says it does then you can return it and get a FULL refund. I was so angry that a company would prey on people suffering from headaches and migraines, that I called Paypal and lodged a complaint against them and opened up cases to get my money refunded. It is now in the hands of Paypal to get my money back. Please do not make the same mistake that I made and purchase the Cefaly Tens device, and certainly do not believe Ozhealthpharma when they say that they do not have to give refunds. Absolutely disgusting. If you are in the same situation with anying you have purchased from this company then please contact Paypal or your Bank as they have to refund your money under Australian Law.
