As I believe you purchased your Ottomatic from another retailer, I'd recommend reaching out to them to see if they can help. We do not carry the entire Chemex range of products (including spare parts) so were not able to assist with your enquiry this time. Chemex have actually stopped supplying brew clips with new Ottomatic units as they operate very nicely without them, if you're having any issues with your brewing, perhaps specifically around flow rate and drawdown times, please reach out to us as we should be able to help.

This started as a treat for my husband for a few months, however many years later I still look forward to receiving my coffee at the weekend.
The coffee is always delicious, I’ve spoken to them once about a particular one I didn’t get on with and they were so accommodating and even sent me another (which was my favourite)
I would highly recommend this company

Great coffee with great service
So far I have tested several deliveries. So first they were pretty fast, second coffee itself was really different. I did like Brother Blend most of all.
Also I would like to mention package for beans - they were marked with roasting date, and this package was breathing.
Not less than 5 stars!

Best Online Coffee Roaster
I have ordered many bags of coffee from Hasbean over many years and I never never been disappointed. The delivery has always been good, with and option of economy and First class. The choice of different coffees from around the world is second to none, with options of whole beans down to finely ground.

Hasbean has spoiled me, the best coffee I've had straight up! I've got the weekly sub and they never fail to surprise and impress. 10/10 would recommend! Literally no other coffee works for me anymore it's a problem

Order arrived within 2 days, with good communication from the company and a hour courier time slot given which was accurate.

Excellent specialty coffee!
Tried their Costa Rica, Guatemala, Bolivia and Ethiopia beans for filtered coffee. If you brew them properly you can really get what's on the tasting profile. The aroma starts floating around when you start opening the bags, all the way to grinding, brewing and drinking!

Excelent coffee, excellent service
Finding varietal coffee of this quality at a good price is not easy. The coffee here is excellent and the lengths they go to to source it is amazing. The tasting notes are really good and tend to be accurate in my experience. I have been using Hasbean for years and problems have been rare. Where they have happened they are quick to put things right. A good company providing a great service and a brilliant product.

My go to place for great beans
Always buy my beans from Hasbean. Great price, usually a week for delivery on 2nd class which is absolutely fine and the beans are always top quality. Been ordering now since lockdown 1.0 and learning more about coffee with every order!

I've been a long time customer of Hasbean most recently enjoying the weekly coffee subscriptions. I've just moved onto the 'new' subscription service and its so easy to manage and adjust your deliveries via the website.
Its all very intuitive and Hasbean send me brief reminder emails to remind me of an upcoming dispatch so I can adjust if needs be.
The coffee is also amazing, but I think that goes without saying.
The packaging used now for deliveries are all recyclable paper packets which adequately protect the coffee pouches contained within.
