I’ve used Hasbean for over a decade. Wonderful coffee, wonderful staff. Roast and post on the same day. There’s a reason I just keep using them.

Have been buying coffee from Hasbean for the best part of a decade.
Only once had a problem (about 7+ years ago!) when a bag had split but this was sorted out immediately. Fantastic coffee, fantastic service and prompt delivery - in a word...outstanding.
If only all companies I deal with were like them.

I have been buying coffee from Hasbean for many years now both as a private individual as well as for a small cafe business that I ran (before Boris killed it) and they have been utterly reliable and brilliant. Never once has a delivery been late and a constant flow of emails keeps you up to date at every stage of the process. Their enthusiasm and professionalism shines through in everything they do. I genuinely can't fault them in any area. Oh, I almost forgot, the coffee is oustanding too from independent growers who work directly with Hasbean thereby ensuring that it is ethically produced and the producers are paid more than they would get under a Fairtrade deal. What's not to like?

Someone recommended Hasbean to me when I was looking for an independent roaster and I am really glad I tried them! I ordered the filter pack with four bean varieties (250g each) at first as I couldn't decide on a single coffee. Very much enjoy the different coffee flavours and have just ordered the Costa Rican coffee pack with five varieties and the coffee flowers. I love the detailed descriptions for each coffee and farm on the website, as it shows the company cares about the growers but also knows their coffee. Prices are reasonable and delivery is quick.

Amazing quality beans with great flavour. Well packaged and fast delivery. Will be a frequent customer in the future.

The website was well designed so I enjoyed making my choices; ordered the first thing on Friday and it arrived (in my mailbox - no need to receive it in person) Saturday morning. I haven't tried the product yet but superb service and beautiful packaging :)

I've had a subscription with hasbean since July last year, I always go for roasted whole beans, and use for espresso.

The service is great. If there is a problem they respond promptly and are always there to help out. I love their passion for coffee and high standard of quality!

The coffee is always interesting. I started from the Blake blend which is now my go-to coffee. If I ever want an extra bag of something for consistency, I go for that.

As for the "in my mug" subscription, I have always been impressed. Even if there is a coffee I'm not overly keen on, its based on my taste rather than lack of quality. It is very reasonably priced, its always on time and always something different.

I've tried other places, and have had some good coffee else where, but hasbean is my staple, I'll be sticking with them long term.

Where do I start I think I have been ordering from Steve and the team since he 1st started which is probably a lifetime for some😊 all I can say is don't look anywhere else for anything coffee related because they have been pretty much perfect in everything they do so thank you Steve and the team you guys are awesome to say the least ps I do believe it may be 15 years or more now😳

I ordered some brewing equipment recently from Hasbean and it all arrived super quickly. Very easy process from start to finish and have already made a second order!!

Having used Hasbean for 2 years I can definitely recommended. The coffee on offer is superb and always roasted to order for maximum freshness. Brilliant customer services as well as very prompt delivery. 10/10
