Ordered 5 rolls of GALVANIZED WIRE MESH - HINGED JOINT - GRADUATED 10/120/15 X 100M ROLL. Two of the rolls were as pictured on the website the other three were poor quality and not as shown on site. Sent them videos and photos. Calls and text messages have not been returned. Formal letter requesting remedy was not addressed only emailed to tell me about their high standards and how they value customer feedback. We are still left with 3 x 100M fencing that is unusable. Charged $1,458.45 for all this. Their website states 100% money back guarantee which is not being honored either. Going through Consumer Affairs Victoria at the moment.
