Sent wrong caps the measurements on inside of caps are meant to be 30mm x50mm and have sent caps with measurements from outside this was not what was to be sent

We have clearly stated on our website that cap sizes are measured from the outside, with the interior being 2-3 mm smaller to facilitate easy insertion.
You have also agreed that this discrepancy in information originates from another shop.
