This company sent me the wrong item which was significantly cheaper and have since been ignoring my emails and phone calls when I have tried to resolve the issue. I can see from other reviews that this has happened to other customers as well. Avoid purchasing from this unprofessional company.

OZ Toner scammed me
OZ Toner scammed me
They sold me 702XL cartridges through Catch.com, then sent 702 without my permission. When questioned they claimed they are the same size. It says online that the XL are double the size of the ones I got for the same price. They will not refund and cancelled the Paypal dispute against them. Do NOT buy! Catch.com takes no responsibility for fraudulent transactions either apparently.

Great price - excellent value
Very fast delivery of printer. Great price, excellent printer. Does everything I waant it to do. Easy set-up on wi-fi, several computers now able to print remotely. Generous ink quantities in the box, should last for ages. Extremely happy with the printer and with the service provided by Oztoner.
