Pleasant experience
Placed an order online and same day wanted to add another item. Enquired through the contact us link, got a reply that it can be done on the next working day. Next day they added the items I wanted with the same order and sent a link for payment (no need to disclose card information over the phone), paid it, got the order delivered in 1 day.

BEWARE! this website lies about their "easy returns" and "100% customer satisfaction". They simply won't reply, thank god I paid via Paypal and was able to open a dispute that way.
