Delivery was prompt! Placed order on a Wednesday and got it the following Tuesday (its journey was from NSW to a Melbourne suburb). On the same day received, I was able to put it up running, and I am no serious techie.

Product as described. Good price, quick delivery.

The unit sent was not new and Wifi doesn't work so can't be used.
I have emailed you that faulty and had no response all week.

Price was excellent. It's the second printer I've bought from them - but delivery was slower with this one. Otherwise completely satisfied and happy to recommend.

Amazing experience with Oztoner! We bought the same printer our office has had for the past few years (the old printer never missed a beat until it died out of the blue one day) for a super cheap price. None of the other shops/sites could even get close. Brand new with a toner and drum already installed and new manufacturers warranty. Shipping was very cheap for the size and weight and we had it up and working in only a few days from the online order. 10/10, would highly recommend and will be returning for more office machines and consumables.

Had a printer die and needed immediate replacement. Oz Toner had the model I needed at cheapest price on Google. Website said "In stock", but I've been burnt before other sites' advertised stock levels being incorrect or only in stock with another supplier. I called Oz Toner confirm stock and dispatch details, my call and questions were answered promptly. This was at 2PM Wed. I had printer next morning around 10AM!
