Poor Customer Service and Wrong Item Sent
I received the wrong item from Ozzie Collectables and was asked to pay for the international return shipping, despite it being their mistake. I've been trying to resolve the issue for weeks, but the company has been unresponsive for long periods. Very disappointed with their customer service and lack of accountability.

Absolutely flawless
Couldn’t be happier, I was able to get pops I never thought I’d ever be able to purchase. They even arrived in a pop protector in which I never knew they did that. Fantastic service from ordering to receiving my package. Which was also nicely, safely delivered and perfectly packaged.
