Very efficient, processed and delivered in the time they specified. Easy to use website and checkout. Only thing that could be improved is if the order is split into two, if they could inform you of what is in each package, but other than that, lovely experience.

Edit - got refunded for one of the things i ordered but was not notified that it wasn’t in stock/ or that i was getting a refund, grateful that they refunded me but was very confused

I agree with other reviews my experience with customer support at Ozzie Collectables has been AWFUL. They are rude, unresponsive at times and are not nearly as friendly, accomodating or helpful as other similar stores I have dealt with. They will accuse you of 'threatening' to leave poor reviews and the only reason they have semi-decent reviews is because a majority of the reviews they have are in exchange for Ozzie Coins and prize program they have.

As a store that does seems to do a lot of business online Ozzie Collectables ABSOLUETLY needs to hire and better train customer support. All you have to do is read other reviews to see how poor customer support really is.

I'd just like to say that this was my first time ordering from Ozzie Collectables, and had a wonderful fuss free experience with them.
Shipping time and delivery around 2 weeks as I'm based in the UK,
shipping box and packing all fine, item and items box arrived mint and undamaged,
also tracked so can check up on updates.

Trusted and highly recommended company, would buy from again,
no complaints from me.

Great selection of hard-to-find in N.A. items.
Customer Service takes at least a week to get anything done.
They really penalize you for making substitutions or adding items, making you wait AT LEAST another full week for your order to ship. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
They did not give me an rewards points for my order. 3 emails regarding this were never replied to. Bit if bait and switch going on there, I think.
Shipping is expensive to Canada, but I fully expect that.
Work on your customer service times!

Terrible - pre-ordered an item, date item was due passed, I decided to cancel as i need item asap. refund was given but 10% taken off even though. i wouldn't use again due to this. majority of dates are not accurate and taking 10% of a product not received is unacceptable.

I live in the UK and I've ordered from ozzie collectibles which is obviously in austrailia and wow the order took 8 days to come, ordered friday night and the parcel was here a week for the following tuesday fantastic...
In the uk michael jackson smooth criminal is around the £30 mark freddie mercury around £20 and paulie from rocky I cannot find.. also they carry around £4 postage too. So I thought let's give ozzie collectibles ago (my 1st time ordering from austrailia) I got the 3 minix figures above which was 3 for $50 austrailan dollars plus another $11 shipping so $61 us dollars converted to English pounds I paid £37
