Great variety of Jada fast and furious diecast. Better than buying from my own country

It's not often I would seek out Trustpilot for a review, but in this instance it was warranted. I ordered two Funko pops (exclusives which I couldn't find in Ireland) from them and shipped from Australia.

There was an issue with the address as it auto-populated to a different location (late night order as per usual!) and they were quick to assure me that the correct address would be used.

As it had been a pre-order item, I did have to wait, but I received a couple of notifications that the order was being packed, shipped, etc. which was great to have given where the company is based. Roughly two weeks from being picked to arriving at the door.

The package arrived today and the items came packed with a Funko pop protector and stuffed with packing paper so there was little wriggle room. Both arrived in pristine condition (which can't be said of other shops I've dealt with in the past) and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to order something from them again if I couldn't find an item locally.

Customer service is amazing and all products are in exceptional condition.
I shop here on the regular. Don't tell my other half!

Amazing products well packaged fast postage

Wow!!!! UK company's need to take note.
Tracked all the way to England. Item brought cheaper than in England.
Took last than 2 weeks to get here,well packaged, item is unopened as description , item looks great in box cant open as its a present. Do not hesitate to buy from Ozzie Collectables, gone in my bookmark list.

I found a card game I'd been searching for for a long time. I'm in the UK and they had sent an email telling me I might expect a considerable wait, although it would be shipped soon. It turned up so, so quickly, I couldn't believe it. Also, perfectly reasonably protected and was in great condition on arrival. Thanks, will totally come back :)

Have made 2 seperate orders with Ozzie collectables, each time items have come well packaged with protectors. The only issue I had was because I ordered from UK and I placed an order over £400 my items had custom charges which was just over £100 and had to be paid before the items could be delivered, but I appreciate this wasn't anything to do with Ozzie collectibles so overall very happy with the company and excited when I recieved funkos that are quite hard to get hold of in the UK.

Responsive, friendly customer service and my order was sent quickly and packed well to ensure no damage to the figurines. Very happy and would order from Ozzie Collectables again

I am so thankful for Ozzie ! Only here got full display sets of Meemows for my daughter . Hard to find full collections. Sold mostly individually... and older collections are sold out on Aphamau home page ... Once wished to upgrade shipping and they went back to me super fast ! Great packing and shipping . Will buy those plushes only from Ozzie ... going for 3rd set now :o)

I pre-ordered a "How To Train Your Dragon: Toothless" snow globe in December 22, 2024 to be shipped out February 28, 2025. I have emailed several times with only one response stating they would check into the matter. First, email was sent on March 2, 2025, second email March 25, 2025, third email March 28, 2025, and fourth email April 1, 2025. I also tried the chat feature on April 1, 2025. The snow globe was for my nephew and cost $60. I prefer the snow globe, but I am more than willing to just get a refund. This is very disappointing.

*Edit (04/04/25): after writing this review I received an immediate resolution, which was a refund. I am changing the stars from 1 to 2, because it shouldn't take me writing a bad review to get adequate customer service.
