I normally don't do this

I normally don't do this, but I am fed up with these guys, I transferred some tether in their system Friday the 29th. I have confirmed that the tracking on payment made it to their deposit address and they have yet to credit my account, this is ridiculous

Bought KSHIB a few days ago

Bought KSHIB a few days ago. Since yesterday I wanted to transfer it to USDT. I’m still waiting to get it converted. I contacted them and they just tell me to be patient. I don’t understand why it is taking so long for this conversion.

Withdrawing of token takes too long

Again the site has gone to maintainence mode.I have withdrawn some token and would like to know how long it will take to complete as now already more than 5 hours has gone but still I am waiting.Hope it will be fast.

This was very bad experience

This was very bad experience. I made only one withdrawal from the account I created with them. However the withdrawal never went to its proper destination. I reached out to the exchange it was supposed to go to and they could not locate the funds. I put in several tickets to support to try and locate the funds and they keep telling me to reach out to the exchange it was supposed to go to, which I already did. They were not helpful and this exchange is too risky to do business with. I would recommend going to other exchanges to do business with them because this platform has too many gliches and you will not get help if something goes wrong.

I am fully aware that the hash has shown that the money withdrew from the account. However this was my first time transfer money from p2pb2b and in the first try the process has failed. I have transferred money from exchange to exchange to wallet to wallet and etc numerous times. Your job is to ensure my money/assets are not lost in the process. You are trying to be something similar to a stock exchange, well guess what when a person cashes out on a investment the exchange and the bank are both responsible for making sure the cash transfers to the proper account. You may be only legally obligated to show confirmation of withdrawal (which is lazy) but you are morally and ethical obligaged to insure the transition of your patrons assets is safe, secure and goes to the correct place. This is a prime example of why elected officials and bank lobbyists are pushing back on crypto, because cases like this occur. I have reached out the exchange that was supposed to receive the crypto and they are not providing results as well. If this were a traditional exchange or bank both entities would be working with the other to find out what occurred. You have failed in the service that you provide and your response to it is lazy, lack luster and unprofessional. But keep this kind of service up, your business will not be around for long.

I am completely aware of how crypto currency is transferred and how it can and cannot be tracked. I have transferred assets sever times before this incident and without failure. I have told you want I have done to try and resolve, which is contacting you and the other crypto exchange.

You are still massively failing to insure proper service in this case. You have been informed every step of the way and refuse to help me figure out what happened. I understand this industry is new and unglregulated however if you cannot even help insure proper transfer of assets then you need to just get out of this business. Because these kinds of situations are bound to occur just by the simple nature of this industry being new. It is clear you want to take my money and point figures at others when a issue occurs. It is also very unprofessional to also tell a customer to go learn how something works to justify your lack of help and service.

Update: According to the information received from the support team, your transaction was successfully completed by our exchange, as evidenced by the hash of the transaction provided to you, so all conditions from our exchange have been met. We can't track everything that happened after you withdrew funds from our exchange and we can't help you. You need to contact support of the platform, where you have transferred your funds and ask them where they are, maybe you forgot to specify the memo address and the coin was in the list of unknown transactions.

Update: You need to understand how blockchain transactions work in order to draw any conclusions about the services provided by our platform. Once funds have left the exchange and been credited to another address, we cannot further trace what happened to them. This is the difference between cryptocurrency transactions and banking transactions. In this particular situation, you were provided with the most accessible information and decent service. I hope you will get to the bottom of this situation.

Missing USDT

I put 2 buying orders and after a maintenance they disappeared with my 380 USDT. It's been a month since I claimed my refund, but now they block me on their telegram, and tell me to stop complaining and wait. but how much longer?

Fantastic service

I love this exchange. Used them 5 times now and I never experienced any problem at all. Fast crypto purchase with Simplex and immediate withdrawals. Will use them again for new listings in the near future.

Even the biggest exchanges in the world does have the option to close our account, but p2pb2b says it can only just suspend it

Be careful of arbitrary "maintenance" issues on tokens

Be very careful when using this exchange, they are trying to control certain markets through underhand means. I bought a quantity of tokens through P2PB2B with the intention of moving them to a 3rd party wallet. P2PB2B immediately placed the tokens under "maintenance" meaning they can't be moved or traded. Contacted customer support to be told the tokens were under "maintenance" and no more information at all was provided. I already knew that, I'd told them! Research shows that other people trading this particular token have experienced the same thing.

This is an exchange and is supposed to be there to facilitate the trade of crypto. In this particular case there has been some movement over a 24 hour period on this token, and now P2PB2B have effectively closed the market. I don't know why this should be but it is a deeply worrying practice.

I now can't access my funds because P2PB2B have arbitrarily blocked them and they will offer no indication as to how long. There may be a good reason but customer services don't seem able to provide it. Disappointing.

*** UPDATE *** the maintenance issue was ultimately traced back to the token provider. P2PB2B were aware of this but still allowed purchase orders, and then froze the purchased tokens. Customer services never responded to my requests for information, and I found this out through their social media channels. Not entirely their fault then but still culpable, and no customer service worthy of mention. 1* upgraded to 3*.

From time to time, some tokens are closed for maintenance for network updates, contract updates or project requests. P2PB2B does not close the tokens, that would influence the situation on the market. The maintenance is only related to the work on the improvement of the projects.
