I use this site for new workouts and meal plans, but most importantly I love the MacaP3 formula. I get huge competition time muscle swells using the preworkout mix. Incredible stuff for all natural weight room regulars like myself!
I've used it for a month and MacaP3 PUMP works consistently. In my workouts I go until failure during super sets and I'm exhausted after. With MacaP3 I get more reps and recover faster...plus the Pump...is Real.
I like the fact it has no caffiene or other stimies so I don't get tha jitters. I already carry a protein shake so it's good that it comes in capsule form instead of another powder. Sometimes I do need a jolt, and I just slam an espresso with the caps.
There's only 4 ingredients and they come from plants. So no chemical mystery mixes. This is a clean, convenient, enhancement for my workout that gave me gains. I'll be using this for a while.
