I recently got fined for allegedly not…

I recently got fined for allegedly not displaying my parking permit (do have one) in my parking space outside my property. They are demanding I pay a reduced sum of £20 within two weeks. I asked for photographic evidence and they told me I can access it online... they provided no link to it... there appears to be no way to access the alleged photographic evidence online either. And all their emails and PDFs look auto-generated. Here in Scotland only the councils can force parking fines... P4Parking has NO POWERS to enforce fines as a private company in Scotland. I was doing the civic thing but they still think they can rob me despite me paying factor fees and allowing them to manage our parking spaces.. I'd give them ZERO but this system won't allow it. Cowboys springs to mind!
All their emails are "No-reply".. no doubt to limit complaints!

Organised loot

This organisation is designed to extract money from people. They won't care about logical arguments made in the appeal.

ZERO stars

ZERO stars. Employees are extremely rude and speak to you like there in the street and don’t even allow you to speak Am in the process of filing an official complaint against a few employees i have dealt with they are all the very same not one of them should be in there jobs to be honest, worst I have ever come across and they tell me I am the issue. I have been Blocked from contacting via telephone because I refused to let them speak to me like this and they know they are at fault and don’t want to hear it, I work in the care sector and have no choice but to enter this building for people who pay FULL rent to stay and park there. May I add. And as usual I was inside collecting a permit when this was issued.( no time given to even display this and been told oh this times unlucky ) I have reported this lot to trading standards today. And have been advised my next steps. As having no appeal address on my original ticket due to no fault of mine, which had prevent my rights to follow the correct procedures. And as reading the reviews this is very common from this lot who should most definitely not be getting away with it.
There right to issue a ticket and it’s my right to be able to appeal. As I followed the guidelines. If at fault I would have paid. It’s Fraudulent behaviour and it’s just not acceptable.

Company falsely issuing penalty notices. Borderline scam. Their website is also illiterate ; ‘where parking maters.’ I have no idea what that means . Apparently they also ‘react fast to your needs’ . This one is bizarre because I’ve just sent an appeal and they make reference to taking 35 days to respond.

Ignore them till they take you to court. Straight to bin for tickets

I paid tickets for 24 hours on hotel, I've had twice ticket well before it run out.. 😂😂. I am harden man, I know they can't do f*** s*** till they take one to the court, & would cost them £££ for that, I am not even bothered to write them at all, if& when I find myself to explain by acknowledged court then I shall show them the recipe, including asking my f*** time west! Advised ignore them, don't pay! It takes shorter to write your will than getting respond from those cowboys!

Got a ticket despite having a phone showing i had paid

Issues me a ticket despite me having a phone showing that my parking session that I had already paid for 30 minutes earlier still had lots of time to go, the warden would not even acknowledge my phone and the fact a mistake had been made, would have thought hiring wardens that can actually read a UK formatted number plate might be a pre-requisite for the job ??

I have a season ticket with Imperial…

I have a season ticket with Imperial Wharf Car Park.
Lovely staff, good team , always helpful.
Until... P4 Parking took over. Well... It was all rather covert.
First of all P4 started painting new signage, nothing was officially announced and considering I pay forward 12mths this is a liberty taken by P4 Parking.
Last week I noticed a 'Rolled-up' notice under my left hand-side windscreen wiper. P4P had issued a fine of £100 because my vehicle was parked on a white line.
Ok, so now the fun starts.
A parking charge notice that I am liable not to see because it isn't presented flat, but instead 'Rolled-up.'
Do check that P4P aren't now running your local friendly car park. It's a terrible shame that the likes of this company known for 1 star ratings is going to choke you out of your hard-earned cash.

Dear Sir/Madam

Dear Sir/Madam
I am a resident of RM10 8GN, St Marks Place. Our parking used to be free until 25th January, 2024 and then there was a parking suspension activated so all of us residents bought parkings for our vehicles. Since the parking was free before it was a hassle to find a parking spot but now even after the suspension it’s still a hassle to park our vehicles even after paying for the parking. It’s the people of council property of the other side of the road with a private driveway who park their extra vehicles in our spots. I have noted some of their vehicle. When we received the letter for buying parking there was written no unauthorised parking allowed for 24/7 but at night still there are unauthorised vehicles parked in our parking area. Please do something for us. It’s not fair that we paid for the parking and people still come and take our spots. If you could please kindly send the ticket wardens once or two times to the parking of RM10 8GN then maybe they would be careful the next time.

Thieves

What went wrong ?
They put a permit in my letter box with the wrong address on it.
I then got a ticket because I didn’t put the new permit on my windscreen.
I am a resident in a block of flats.
The permit is free.
I made a mistake not chasing the incorrectly addressed permit.
I live here. It’s a mistake. Why fine me for a mistake? I didn’t live somewhere else and park there whilst I went shopping.
Once they were informed I was a resident the obvious solution is to accept the permit is free, I just didn’t display it. Eff the black and white rules.
They will fine you for any reason and will not bend as long as it’s within their money grabbing rules.
They avoid all contact as much as possible.
Thieving cowards.
How can this company improve ?
By replacing the workforce with compassionate chimpanzees.

P4Parking were hired to implement…

P4Parking were hired to implement parking permit system to my residents car park (which had been restriction free for 2 years). Permits were sent out and I went out to put my permit on my car at 10am on the morning the permits came in to force and I was (perhaps naively) shocked that I already had a parking fine notice on my windscreen!

So my advice is to display it early, as they clearly will attend new sites first thing in the morning on the first day to catch people out. Tried appealing but quickly rejected. Contacted my factor who had little sympathy. Just pretty appalled they'd do this and charge £60 when I can prove I had a permit and been there 2 years without issues. Knew private parking firms were awful and this just proved it for me.

No compassion what's so ever!!!

Horrible company with no compassion or empathy what so ever! My permit had fallen of my windscreen and was changed £60. Appealed and was told I need to pay the charge. As a resident/owner I'm appalled at this company and there behaviour! Someone else was parked in my numbered bay which I believe is mine as an owner of a property! I parked in another bay was only in the bay as I was picking up ashes of a very recently passed close relative. This was explained in my appeal and proof of address and pictures of my permit were also submitted in the appeal. The appeal was point blank refused! Absolutely shocking horrible underhanded criminal company!! Horrible horrible horrible company!!!

Woodberry Down N4 2SB - UNDERHAND and DISHONEST

My son was issued with a parking fine however the attendent flagged him down as he was leaving the space and asked for the ticket back. He told my son that he had written the fine in error and he would cancel it.

Now, more experienced drivers would question this as we understand that once a ticket has been written the attendant can't make that decision. But, as this was his first driving offence, my son naively handed the ticket back and said 'thanks very much'.

Unfortunately the attendant was lying to him and he didn't cancel the ticket. It therefore went unpaid and, because my son had no idea that the ticket was outstanding, he received a notice for £125 for failure to pay.

When he called P4Parking they didn't believe him and refused to be of any assistance in identifying the attendant .....

The burden of proof is on us whilst they just make more money!

P4Parking damaged my car

P4Parking broke my wiper blade when putting a sticky back ticket on my car. No reason to lift the blade whatsoever, refused to take liability and suggested i take them to small claims, the fee for which costs more than a new wiper blade. Horrible company full of horrible people
