Undertrained and incompetent staff

I feel sorry for the poorly trained and incompetent staff who work with this company. The person I spoke with clearly did not understand me and was reluctant and rude. I suspect due to poor knowledge of how to process basic information. It is quite frustrating to deal with but I also pity these workers as I imagine they may not have any other option but to work for a very dysfunctional company.

Bunch of cowboys
They can't even be bothered to put easily visible signage up, they probably do this on purpose so they can rake in the fines! if a disabled bay is as important to them as they pretend it is they would sign it properly to avoid genuine mistakes.

I was on holiday and parking company was charged and l wasn't ever of it and l didn't received the resident permit too and now l have a ticket.

A bunch of cowboys with zero goodwill

Admittedly, I forgot to display my parking permit which incurred a fine. I understand this bit, however, it seemed to me like a no-brainer that the fine would be cancelled once I have proven to them that I had a valid permit covering the period in question. The reply to my appeal could essentially be summed up as “you should have read the signage” and I was told to pay the fine despite them having taken my money for permit in the first place. This is not a 21st century customer-centric business, this is the way the proverbial Dodgy Dave runs a business.

We are never happy with a parking…

We are never happy with a parking ticket, however sometime have to just bit the bullet and pay. in this case the company write very formal letter regarding paying and when you go to pay the website enter in your details and press enter it says that the payment has not been made. I decided to check if the payment had gone out of my bank and it has, which is really worrying as i do not have confirmation in writing from this company and no means of contacting them. Really bad service and i would seriously look at the real legalities to how this company can be operational and how many people would of re entered their details again.

Appeal refused…terrible company no consideration for Health & Safety

Parked carrying out an emergency call out to a property, carrying broken glass, unloading and loading. Issued parking ticket, appealed which was denied and response stating that the property owner who was having the works carried out should have notified them - that's apparently our fault. Disgusted by outcome and lack of Health & Safety knowledge in terms of safe handling of glass for our employees and the general public this has been completely disregarded. They clearly didn't use any discretion nor appropriately review the case on an individual basis. Clearly are not willing to assist companies in upholding safe practices and their H&S responsibilities. I would be interested to know if they would carry glass down the road ?

Shockingly rude behaviour

We did have the support of our host when we appealed our fine (She did not even know there was a new management company). They did not repond to our appeal, nor did they provide a POPLA reference number (other discussion thread reveal that they refuse to do so). It is impossible to pay on line - despite the written instruction on their fine claim letter - and they put the phone down on us twice when we tried to pay (!!). They then proceeded to call my husband's number and harass us.
BEWARE: they expect you to hand over you credit card number over the phone on their say so.
BE PREPARED: to be met with deeply rude and offensive behaviour for the privilege.
