P4 were recommended by a colleague and I am delighted with the installation of solar panels and batteries. Compared to other providers P4 are extremely competitive without any compromise on quality. Installation was undertaken with care. Technical support and guidance has been excellent.

From start to end, my experience with P4 has been superb. The whole process was excellent and the help from Fred and the team was great. Nothing was rushed through as they were meticulous and very considered in the proposal. The installation went well and dealing with Jackson, Dec, Ben and the electricians was very easy - a nice bunch. Everything ended up taking half day if we don't include the extra couple of visits to add a couple of bits that were limited by the scaffolding placement. The quote was very competitive and I was able to choose my hardware easily through P4. I had to amend a couple of thing on the day of the install but p4 were more than happy to accommodate. The aftersales care has been great too and I've been receiving support from Justin and Rachel with switching energy provider, to get the most suitable tariff, as well a few tips with setting up my app and battery settings. Everyone that I've dealt with has been fantastic (one mention of Chloe too!).

From start to finish P4 Solar worked hard to develop the design & install layout for my new system.
The result was exactly as agreed, to achieve a neat & tidy scheme which is visually unobtrusive.
All necessary permissions from the network operators to enable energy export were obtained by P4 with minimal delay.
The whole business functioned flawlessly from the design, procurement, install & commercial teams.

Everyhing about P4 Solar is brilliant. From the first inquiry, through to meetings, explainations, installation and aftercare - everything was fantastic.
The team are professional, polite, and friendly - never making this dunce feel stupid when I did not understand/ needed simple explanations.

The detailed plans and the costings were clearly laid out - and cost effective. We were so pleased to find a local family firm who are so professional and great to work with.

Our panels and system were installed in 1 day in early Oct 2025 - and despite having to drill through the middle of our house to reach the electricty meter - the house was left clean (likely cleaner than when they started !!).

The app is simple to use and we are already enjoying the benefits of massively reduced electricty bills (most days we now only pay the standing charge). We are looking forward to seeing not just how much we can save, but hopefully how much we can contribute to the national grid over the coming months and years, so that we can make our tiny contribution to decreasing the UK's reliance on fossil fuels.

P4 designed and installed our whole home battery storage system on a large stone built farmhouse in Yorkshire. The design stage included 2 site visits and some very useful discussion on the various options. The installation itself was quick and very neatly done. Since then it has performed exactly as designed, such that we forget we’ve even got it except for when the significantly reduced power bills come in!

After having several solar specialists round to design and quote a solution, P4 stood out among the rest. They were the only ones to actually accurately measure and design the solution (by going on the roof).

We waited several weeks before proceeding and managed to secure the latest panels.

The installation took place over 2 days and was professional and efficient from start to end. Declan and Jackson were polite, informative and tidy. All systems fully explained and site left clean. The electrical installation of the inverter and batteries was well managed and everything is working great with our overnight and export tariffs.

We do encounter a problem with the roof and I mention this not to P4s detriment but to their credit in the way the handled the issue. Clear communication and a fast response to resolving.

All in all a top team and job well done.

Every aspect of the installation from the first site visit to the very last went smoothly with no drama involved. P4 showed patience while my energy supplier took forever to fit smart meters (another story). The phone was always answered and all the trades who arrived on site were very proficient at what they did. Thank you.

I recently had solar panels and a battery installed. The guys that did the installation were a breath of fresh air...... they were efficient, friendly and very informative. They treated me, my home and each other with great respect. One little hiccup occurred and had been dealt with very efficiently by Oli. I would definitely recommend this company. Once the paperwork comes through from energy supplier and I can get paid for the energy I am exporting..... I will be on cloud 9!!

Prices are great and the service is amazing.

I'm 1 week into ownership and couldn't be happier. Nothing was too much trouble and more importantly they did exactly what they said they would exactly when they said they would. This included moving my battery install date forward to accommodate my deadline, even though the initial delay was caused by my builder and had nothing to do with P4. They could have easily turned around and stuck with the original install date but they went out of there way to help me.

After an extremely stressful time being constantly let down by our New build builder and various tradesmen P4 have been a beacon of light proving good survive can be achieved if companies are properly organised.

We've recently used P4 Solar for a solar and battery installation. They were excellent from start to finish. They guided us through what was required in designing the system, the installation was very smooth and then they provided a comprehensive handover. It was a great experience.

P4 did a great job for me with my installation of solar and battery. Since doing so I’ve always appreciated the after care they provide. Most recently I changed broadband provider and couldn’t connect to the inverters. Not a problem Justin explained my options clearly and I was back running again.
