Following a recent installation of a new inverter and batteries by P4, we decided that we required an additional 2 x 3.2kwh storage batteries. As a result Justin and Matty did a great job adding the new batteries to the system. As with other members of the P4 Team they were both very friendly, helpful and professional throughout and I can pay no higher complement than recommending P4 to any customers' for their Solar requirements

P4 have been fantastic for our recent solar panel installation. Within 3 weeks of first contacting them, our solar panels were installed and by the next day we already had a day completely off grid, which we’re thrilled about. From initial survey all the way through to post-install support, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend.

P4 Solar recently completed the design and installation of my solar panel system. The installation team were professional, worked hard and left the house clean and tidy. The team were happy to help l, offer advice answer any questions you have along the way and after the installation. I’m extremely pleased with my solar panel, bird-proofing, and EV charger solution provided by P4 Solar. When I required a bespoke system for my newly purchased property, they offered exceptional advice. Despite not yet living in the house, P4 Solar guided me on how to start benefiting from the solar solution immediately through export payments via a smart tariff. As a result, I've been earning a passive income while my house undergoes renovation.

No other company wanted to provide me with any helpful advice, let alone to the depths of P4’s knowledge. There were no hard sales, zero pushiness, just pure advice, education, and evidence of how a tailor-made system would maximize my future energy savings.

I can understand how many customers are being ripped off and misled by solar other companies, as I experienced the magnitude of poor salesmanship with other local businesses before contacting P4. The 5-star reviews don’t lie, they truly are a fantastic company.

I did an awful lot of research before settling on P4 Solar for our solar/battery solution. I hold them in the highest regard from initial enquiry followed by site visit and finding the right solution for ourselves based on our circumstances and what we are looking to achieve. The back office and after sales support is amazing and great in their endeavours for helping us find the right tariff and how to manage the app to ensure we are getting the best out of our new system. I would like to share my experience with P4 Solar's services because I believe it deserves a recommendation. It is important to me that my opinion is authentic and not influenced by any unreliable business practices that many companies use to buy customer reviews.

My personal experience with P4 Solar began in mid-November 2022 when I contacted them based on a colleague's recommendation. After a few emails and calls, I accepted their final offer for a full installation of solar panels with a 9.6 KWh Battery System on November 29, 2022. To my surprise, the installation took place just a week later on December 9, 2022.

The entire process, from negotiation to installation, only lasted 21 days. I am not sure if I was lucky or if it was due to the winter season or the fact that I paid in cash.

Initially, I was disappointed with the system's operation as I had little knowledge and understanding of how to use and configure it. Additionally, the initial use of the system was during winter, affecting the results. However, in June 2023, my energy supplier informed me of an overpayment, and I received a £494 refund.

I was also informed that my standard charge direct debit (gas + electricity) was reduced from £140 to £72.78 each month. Although it seemed like an abstract idea, I took the risk and accepted the proposal to reduce my direct debit by half. As of March 2024, nine months from this decision, I have saved £700 this year.

I want to emphasize that this result is due to my full awareness of use, understanding of the entire process, analysis, and changing bad habits of all users in my family. The building's insulation also had an impact on such a good result.

In mid-February of this year, I noticed that one of the batteries was not charging, which affected the other two (battery com faulty error flashing). As I was going on vacation, I didn't have time to deal with the issue until my return on March 11, 2024, at 1:43 p.m. I then called customer service at 0333 344 6369 P4 Solar to resolve the problem. I was redirected to a gentleman named Justin, who was very professional and tried to solve the problem with me over the phone and through the app.

Justin followed the root cause analysis process and determined that the master battery was faulty. He told me that he had a meeting at the company at 3 p.m. where he would present the problem on the forum and provide me with information on the further repair process. At 4:27 p.m. on the same day, I was informed that the battery would be replaced the next day, March 12, 2024, at 11:45 a.m. This was less than 24 hours from the start of my complaint process.

I am grateful for the approach to the client and full professionalism. In summary, I highly recommend P4 Solar for their speed and professionalism, not only in their implementation but also in their approach to clients. I hope that they will maintain these high standards, which will lead to continued business success.

We have just had solar panels and a battery installer at our property and P4 were outstanding. Throughout the whole process every member of staff has been, polite abd respectful even taking the time to talk through various configurations.
The install was very professionally completed and the install team were very clean and tidy. When the commissioning was completed they took the time to ensure I understood the app and had no questions prior to them leaving site.

P4 Solar installed our panels and batteries in April ‘23. From the initial survey to the installation and the post sales support, everything was very smooth. The pre installation report ensured that the system was correctly sized for the household energy use. This was then installed over a week with little impact to the rest of the house. We are really pleased with the installation. Every was left very tidy and neat. We have no hesitation in recommending P4 Solar, especially when there seems to be a lot of solar installation companies out there and you not sure who to trust.

We have just added some extra batteries to our solar system which has made a huge difference to our off grid capacity. P4 solar supplied and fit them at a very affordable price and the installation was carried out very professionally. Thanks guys for an excellent service.
