On the day of delivery
On the day of delivery, there was a power outage in my neighborhood, which obviously meant the doorbells weren’t ringing… I checked the website several times to see if they’d tried to deliver it, and I’d relax when I saw they hadn’t. Eventually, the power came back on, the delivery driver arrived, and not only did they ring the doorbell, but they also tried to call me. I was so happy because I realized that even though there was no power, you still took the time to try calling the person. Please, keep it up! Thank you!
