My package was never delivered, my story is as everyone else this company received my order and gave me a bogus tracking number. said they delivered and most definitely did not. I filed a police report and looking to file a report with Better Business Bureau so that this company can be placed on the Federal radar for running a international fraud ring.

I wish I can give this company a negative zero..this company is a scam..please never order from them..I never received anything and was basically told the same thing as the previous reviews... It's sad how they are able to take people money..it should be a way to shut them down....

SAME HERE, THE FIRST PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSEDLY LOST BY LOGISTICS AFTER A LONG TIME WAITING. AND WAS TOLD THE PACKAGE WAS RESENT HOWEVER NEVER RECEIVED THIS PACKAGE AGAIN AND NOW THEY WANT TO REFUND ME 70 PERCENT OF MY ORDER DUE TO THEY HAVE A LOSS IN THIS AS WELL (REALLY) CONSIDERING THEY PROBABLY NEVER SENT THE PACKAGE AT ALL. I THOUGHT THE PRICING FOR ITEMS WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I BET THEY ARE A SCAM AS WELL. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. HOW CAN THEY DUE THIS TO PEOPLE

Run far away from this company! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing like I normally do. Not sure why I didn't this time but never again. My story is similar to everyone else's. Ordered in October, in November I was told it was delivered and was given a bogus tracking number to use on the website track718. This tracking website said the same thing, "package delivered". After several emails back and forth, I never received anything and my neighbor's camera would've picked up on it if it was. So again, do not buy from them, save your money and sanity and remember if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!

I placed an order in october and never recieved the items, I contacted the company and they said the would resend, its been 2 months and nothing has been delivered.

I was about to order $50 worth of stuff, and then I got the idea to look up the company in the reviews. I'm sure glad I did because now I'm not going to send my order thank you everybody on here that put in your review. You all saved me time and money. Thank you

I realize almost every person on here is saying the same thing, which is almost verbatim of what I’m going to say! Anyone reading this should NOT even consider buying from this company. I am going through the same thing others on this page have said they went through. I will keep going until I get my money, like one lady said she did, and got hers back. Now at least I know there’s hope for that. What I want to know is if there’s one person out there that has actually gotten their order? I just wonder if anyone ever has? I’d like to know, and also know what the quality is of the clothing. In the end, DO NOT ORDER FROM PACHTAXITE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

Same as everyone else. never received my package. Waited for 2 months, told to be patient and never got my stuff. wow what a scam. So glad I didnt pay that much. Dont do it

I had ordered $40.00 worth of items middle of September. Recieved email middle of October that it was shipped a month later. Recieved a email a week later stating it was delivered, never recieved it. I reached out to them they said they were sending it again express. Recieved an email that it was delivered again never recieved it. Reached out again and they said they would refund 70%. I responded and they never responded.

Didn't want to give 1star,but I had to in order to leave a comment. PACHTAXITE.COM IS A SCAM!!! thank God my order was only 29.52 They claimed my package was delivered. I never received it. So they claimed they were going to resend. in tracking the item It stated that my package was delivered Saturday Nov.23rd @5:30 pm again for the second time. I never received it. The whole thing is a scam. Then they offer to give me 70% of what I spent back. I doubt if I'll see that. Don't do it!

I had the same issues placed order 9/16/24 never received my package advised resending it and status show delivered yet still no package I am attempting to contact customer service again for a refund to be mailed I can't take any more chances with my info getting out already had to change info for unauthorized charges so with that being said this company is a scam and only wants to take your money

I got scammed out of 39 dollars, I package never came , this is a very bad company , I thought I was going to get Christmas presents for my family package never delivered,I pray they get what they deserve cheating people out of their hard earned money ,read before you order from these scammers

Well as all the other people in this thread I got scammed by this fake company. Thought I was getting a good deal on some Christmas presents but they never showed. I have already requested my bank reverse the charges but not sure what that is going to look like.but just want people to know not to purchase anything from this company or any overseas company they are scammers.

-0 I just realized I've been scammed ordering $40 worth of clothes I'm never going to recieve, & I'm on a fixed income, this isn't fair to innocent people, I will go to any lengths to get these scanners behind bars where they belong, better yet pray to God to lead me through the right avenues to bless them with what they deserve.

I ordered 30 dollars worth of clothes and shoes and never received them and I tracked my stuff everyday and got updates but never received anything and have been waiting for two months,so dissatisfied with the company ,it's a scam and some one needs to call the police and the better business bureau .

I am extremely disappointed with this company. My first package was marked as "Delivered" but I never did received it. After contacting customer service they promised a second shipment, but the same issues persisted. The tracking information was unreliable, the courier details were unclear, and the link to track my order was broken. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even log in to my account to get updates. They also promised a refund, which I
never received. It’s been over 31 days, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. At this point, I feel scammed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Updated Review for PACHTAXITE:

After a frustrating initial experience, I want to provide an update regarding PACHTAXITE. On November 15, 2024, I did receive my money back from this company. While I appreciate the resolution, the process to get here was unnecessarily difficult and drawn out.

If you’re considering doing business with PACHTAXITE, be cautious and prepared to follow up persistently if any issues arise.

They shouldn't even have 1 star! Just received a cheap ring. I spent $67.77 total. Asking for my money back, but probably will not get it back! Big scam. Someone needs to do something about scams like this!

Terrible I ordered 10 items and received a bag sent from China worth about .10 cents! It’s a joke and a shame that they are still in business to lie and cheat people out of their money! -0 on a rating scale AWFUL, TERRIBLE, CHEATERS and SCAMMERS! 🤬😡👺 Save your money this joke company is not worth your time and money!

I placed an order on October 7, 2024. I tracked the order for weeks. I wrote two emails. They said my order was on the way. On November 7, 2024, I received one small package in the mailbox. I opened it up and it was a cheap ring. I didn't order a ring! I email them for my refund back. Something has to be done to this fraudulent company. Never again will I fall for such low prices. I have to reorder all my Christmas gifts somewhere else.
