Terrible
Terrible! SCAM! They have been taking £6 monthly from my 15 year-old daughters account for ‘exclusive access’ to their website! No product subscription just a monthly charge to view ‘exclusive’ deals apparently. My daughter did not sign up to this. Despite them insisting they sent her emails, they do not appear in her inbox so no authorisation was made. Bank have now disputed it. Please avoid this company. Very poor service to defraud a child!

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. They withdraw money without my consent and am trying to get this back for months now. They send me an email that if I would write a positive review I would get back my money. This is bad on so many levels. Watch out for these people!
