Communication during subscription period
I never received any communication about this membership from the get go and after having asked for a refund no one got back to me so I had to chat to a live agent again but to no luck. I mean they sell good stuff but I just wanted to unsubscribe and get a refund.
I just received communication from Eugene now and I hope the support they have been giving me pays off and I receive my full refund.
