Not at all impressed with this company
Really not impressed at all with this company. We needed a product urgently so paid extra for next day delivery. This didn't turn up and when chased I was told that the courier couldn't deliver for some reason. The customer service representative I was dealing with did try to find out what was happening on it but wasn't all that helpful, and didn't apologise for the issue until about the third or fourth call. When I was told they couldn't deliver it until 2 days after it should have come, I asked them to cancel the order as we couldn't wait that long. They credited us the money and then the order was delivered to us a couple of days later! We refused delivery but it showed us that this company clearly isn't worth working with.

I ordered 50 sheets of cardboard but seller sent as 25. When i talk with them, they refused to sent the missing parts. When i wanted refund the item they said i should pay for delivery cost which is 30£ for 70£ order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The order was dispatched as full 50 sheets which, unfortunately, 25 of them were lost by the courier as it was sent in two parcels. After your first contact with us, you have requested either a refund or a resend which in this case a half refund on your order has been issued.
Customer has been advised to replace the order for another 25 sheets if they are still required, as the refund has already been issued so the resend was not possible.
