Type of business that should shut.
Placed an order on Monday opting for 48 hour delivery. Come 5pm on Wednesday nothing had been delivered, called up and spoke to a chap called Mindaugas Spiliauskas, who did some investigating to find that the order had not been placed (they had managed to take payment though of course).
He told me that it would now be Friday which was unacceptable to me because of the deadlines I am working to. As a sweetner he offered a second pack for free, both that will come by Friday.
On Friday nothing had come by late afternoon, spoke again to Mindaugas Spiliauskas who was surprised nothing had arrived and went off to investigate, assuring me he would call me back.
I got back in touch just prior to them closing to be assured by Mindaugas Spiliauskas that he would take my contact details and let me know as soon as he heard anything on Friday evening.
As I think you can guess, I heard no more from Mindaugas Spiliauskas until I chased the matter again on Monday morning (because as the paying customer it is naturally my job to do the chasing to get the order fulfilled).
Mindaugas Spiliauskas thought that the problem was that DHL can't cope with the volume of orders they are getting due to the pandemic, I think Mindaugas Spiliauskas, WE Roberts Packaging and to an extent DHL should perhaps conclude they are not fit to trade in these circumstances as they have had since March to find an effective way to operate.
The packages were subsequently delivered later today, I can't comment on their effectiveness yet but even if they were the greatest packaging on earth I wouldn't touch this shower of excrement with a bargepole.
Pitiful.

We ordered on Sunday 8th November. The website would only allow a pallet delivery no matter what i tried to order. Was expecting the delivery on the Wednesday or Thursday. We called Wednesday morning to be told they had not done anything with the order! We arranged to go pick it up in multiple trips in our cars. Really disgusted as we have been treated like this over and over again. Really not happy. Will be looking for a new supplier.

I have bought a week ago one of their products which were advertised as a A3, Single Wall, Lightweight cardboard boxes, but unfortunately the quality was very very poor. I have used before the same product from different company and it was far away better. I assume you don't think that customers should put leathers or air only in those boxes?! Surely they should be a bit more strong for lightweight. You can't fold them cause the break right away, absolute nightmare.

I am not happy with the prices in cardboard double wall boxes, still too expensive.
Hope you can reduce it or at least provide any discount or offer for first time purchasing.
