Slow help from Packyard if things are defective

ADJUSTED (Changed from 2 to 4 stars):

I ordered their last 70L RUX (orange) bag in the shop - and unfortunately one of the corner stiffeners (that keep the bag upright) was bent when delivered.I sent them pictures and wrote to them right after I received it and asked for a replacement of the corner stiftener as it is very central for the functioning of the bag. They just ignore it for a week. And my follow up/reminder e-mail yesterday morning has also been ignored. I even tried to call them, but they don't answer their phones right now. They quickly send the goods (in the same summer period), but then ignore you when you have a problem. Not a good experience. Will order future bags and accessories from RUX directly, as it is just as quick (even though it is delivered from EU and not Denmark), but they are service minded at RUX (unlike Packyard). Packyard has lost my trust.

FOLLOW UP:
After the posting of my review I was contacted by Packyard, who told me that my e-mail had gone into their spam folder. That hardly ever happens from the e-mail I sent from, but it could very well be. We had a good positive talk and I was then sent a not damaged corner stiffener. I have now received it and installed it and the bag works fine and as intended. I therefore adjusted the stars from the initial 2 to 4.

i am very unhappy with this experience

i am very unhappy with this experience. I got an item, i am pretty convinced i order it to be delivered at home. I never got a confirmation that my order was in place and then received several UPS messages with an unclear address. I still don't have my item, I already sent 2 emails to the shop asking for support and no answer.

Hi Ana Rita.. we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I see that you ordered with shipping to a UPS pickup point - Not home delivery as described in the review. The parcel arrived in the pick up point 2.5 day after the order was placed. We did receive only 1 email from you that we unfortunately have overseen. In the mail you send pictures of the Pickup point Address written two times and also there was an image of opening hours at the pickuppoint, and then asking us where to find the pickup point? I have replied your mail by now, and hope you will reconcider this 1-star review.

Really bad for return a package

I’m not satisfied about my stuff and it costs me 40€ shipping to return with insurance for a hoodie that costs 70€ 😂
