Paddio was so kind and helpful. They walked me and my husband through everything we needed as first time homebuyers. They responded so fast and helped us so much.

Paddio worked tirelessly to get our loan closed on time...with a very short time window. Aaron, Amy, and Kyle were great to work with. The only reason I did not give a 10 was because it seemed like I had to initiate communication sometimes. There was a delay with the appraisal and I needed to send potential appraisers as the appraisal management company wasn't having much luck. They were able to get an appraiser from the list I sent. Again, great company to work with, but seemed like at times, communication and follow up could have been better. However, that is what you sacrifice sometimes by not going with a local bank. Having said that, would 100% recommend to anyone as the rates are good and they do a good job getting you through the process. Just make sure you are following up every few days to keep things moving. My short time frame didn't help though...to their credit, they worked very hard to get us to close on our closing date...and we did!

Paddio would be highly recommended to any first time home buyers. They give through itemization of things needed and keep you up to date with modern feature via the web portal.
For season buyers they have an amazing team that work day and night on all concerns.

My experience was exhausting! The first house fell through no fault of mines or the team. The team Conswella Dustin Sullins Chris Hsu was awesome helping me to find and close on the next house very quickly!They went above and beyond to help me. I know I drove them nuts with all my questions but they never made me feel like a burden. I highly recommend Paddio. You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you all!!

Dan was our loan officer and was fantastic! We had originally decided to go with Rocket Mortgage or Quicken Loans but decided to contact Paddio as a third option. As soon as Dan picked up the phone he began to explain he was on our side. He was ready to work with us more personally than any call center could. He said he would treat us like family and he held up that promise and exceeded expectations! The detail, attention, and dedication he put into explaining the processes of buying a home made us instantly sold on Dan and never looked back! It was the BEST decision we could’ve made! As first time home buyers he took extra time and consideration when explaining what we needed to do and what we needed to know. He was amazing every step of the way! He went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of the craft, dedication to making sure we were comfortable, taken care of, stress free and his fast accurate response time make him an ideal loan officer anyone could be looking for! We would highly recommend him to friends or family. He is a clear cut above the rest!

Ryan Stuck at Paddio made my homebuying process such a breeze from start to finish!! He was so friendly and explained everything so well when I didn\'t understand. The customer portal was so convenient- I was able to go in there and see all my documents, as well as sign and upload what I needed to. The communication was great, and made me feel like I was in good hands! I even received a super nice, customized gift!! Definitely will recommend to friends looking to buy a home!

Paddio is a great company to work with! I was worried since they were out of state. But everything went smooth and I closed on my new house on time. I liked that all the paperwork was online. My lenders Levi & Crystal were amazing! They were so patient with me during the whole process and answered all of my questions.

It was a long road to getting my house but feel very blessed greatful to Brian Lenharth and Chris Hsu for all they did.
