Excellent customer service from Paddle Outlet. We had delivery of our Tango 300
Family pack within 48 hours. Very quick and easy to inflate, robust, very good quality and easy to fit seats which are extremely comfortable when paddling as you can adjust the position. Ullswater was our first trip and spent a brilliant afternoon (Labrador too) out on the lake. Easy to deflate and put back in the carry bag, which we thought we would have problems with, but no it went in with room to spare. After partially inflating and gently rinsing with a hosepipe, it was left to dry in a shady spot in the garden. Totally thrilled with our purchase, thank you.

I purchased an Aquaglide DeSchutes Kayak, paddle and on a separate occasion hand pump. Purchase was very straightforward and items shipped and received very promptly. When the pump I requested was not in stock they emailed me promptly, suggesting a suitable alternative, which has worked well for me. Would recommend!

Phoned up at the end of December for a part. They told me it wouldn't be in stock till February due to shipping from the US. Looked again in February and it was in stock as promised. Ordered it and a couple of days later happy kayaking A+ 😀
