I needed a manually operated and discrete coloured lifejacket for working close to deep and fast moving waters. After checking Paddle Outlet’s website, I saw exactly what I needed in green colour and it had a considerable discount applied, making it cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Ordering from the website and paying was easy, and delivery very quick. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Had a small problem with my new kayak but dealt with Conor who was very approachable and keen to help resolve the issue. Always contactable by phone and email and kept me updated whilst sending out a replacement bladder. You can have problems wherever you purchase from but it’s how they respond in sorting the issues out that matters, oh and they were the best price as well so I would highly recommend using this company.
