I ordered a lifejacket in the color neon yellow. I recived my packet, just to find out, that there was a flaw at the back of the lifejacket. I contacted Paddlesport and he offered me a new one, but in orange. I suggested to wait for Vaikobi to get the right color in store again. Paddlesport then said, I could use the damaged yellow lifejacket at my upcoming kayak holiday. When I got home, the lifejacket was in store and sent to me. A super service! I returned the damaged lifejacket after homecoming.
