Got my beautiful Daytona 675 from joe and the customer service was amazing. Had tried to buy a motorcycle from another superbike company which was the worst experience I have ever had but the minute I asked for information from paddock motorcycles on my Daytona, I felt valued and important. I Can't explained just how night and day my experience was. Within a few days joe had my bike delivered to me and the customer service was 100% even after I got my bike. Can't recommend this company enough and if you buy from them your in safe hands.

Took my bike in for an MOT for the first time and the mechanic did a thorough job which was assuring. Also been back since for tyres and air filter which were sorted quick and easily!

As Gordon Ramsey would say 'WOW', I really didnt think customer service like this actually existed any more. Joe and Dan went out of their way to help and assist. Personal update videos, questions answered efficiently and promptly and even went the extra mile at the end. I think I've found my motorbike supplier for life. Will not go anywhere else now.

Contacted Paddock Motorcycles on 17th September 2020 re fitting 'Hyperpro' progressive fork springs and fork oil. They collected my bike from my home address at 5.00pm. Picked up my bike at 5.00pm on Saturday 19th, all work done. Fantastic job; different bike. Much better cornering without the wallowing. Great bunch of guys; knowledgeable and professional. Great price too. Will I use them again? Indeed I will. Fantastic service.

I bought a 2007 Repsol Fireblade from Paddock Motorcycles. The bike is an awesome piece of kit and loads of fun to ride. Plus points I traded 2 bikes for one which was no trouble for Paddocks (of course I wanted more. £££ but that's to be expected.) Free delivery (at a time to suit both parties). Full tank of fuel!!! Many a time I've had bikes delivered with the fuel warning light on and not knowing if I will get to the nearest filling station 😬The bike was really clean and looked fab. The bike came with 2 keys but only one fitted the bike. After a bit of to and froing Joe got this sorted for me. We'll done to Joe and Paddock motorcycles for doing the right thing and looking after their customers. I'm loving having this bike in the nice weather!!! Thanks guys!!!

Make sure you check the bike out fully before using this dealer. if not make sure you are local ish not a happy camperso if there are any problems you can get it back to them enough said

Just had a Sportster delivered..... the bike looked better in real life than the pictures...not only had it been cleaned but they even put a better looking number plate on it.....top marks

Brilliant service. Listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the direction of the perfect bike I was looking for. They made and sent me a video so I could see and hear the bike and make sure I wanted it and I did as she is a beauty. The deal went through as smooth as silk and they had the bike transported all the way to my rural Scottish village in perfect condition. Can't fault them on the deal at all and would deal with them again in the blink of an eye.
