I was extremely pleased with the padels and backpack that I bought. The prices were great.

I received my padel and it was cracked. The box that it was shipped in also showed signs of damage in the same location. Padelmarket immediately confirmed after seeing my pictures that they would refund and send me a return label. In good faith I ordered another padel.
Unfortunately 2 weeks later and despite emailing them multiple times they are not getting back to me.

Awful company! Zero liability on your purchase. They have been ignoring my return request for 3 weeks now!!! I purchased a pair of Pádel shoes using their size chart and I received the wrong size. I requested a return and reached out to their customer service via email and an automatic message tells me to wait for a review. It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t get my money back, or a human answer with a solution for my issue. I’m stuck with the shoes almost 2 sizes bigger because their size chart is incorrect and all they can do is ignore my emails. They don’t even have a customer service phone number. It’s impossible to get in touch with them. Would not recommend at all. Be careful with what you purchase from them!!! They’ll ignore you if something is wrong and stay with your money.

I ordered a racket from Padelmarket which arrived on time and without any issues. However, after only three games, the frame of the racket ripped. I reported this to Padelmarket, and they acknowledged that this should not have happened and said they would look into it. Despite multiple attempts to follow up over the past two weeks, I have received no response. Extremely disappointing customer service.

All good. Shipment perfectly in time (Little expensive the shipment costs to be honest but was coming from Spain to Italy). No problem at all with Padel Market. Recommended

Padel Market were excellently priced and they handled the order of my beautiful new racket quickly and efficiently. Despite being in a different country the order was processed and dispatched faster than a Tapia smash and it arrived sooner than scheduled. Fantastic service and I recommend them to everyone.

My son bought a NOX NEXTGEN PRO Attack 3K NFA Series 2025 end of July and and after only using it a few times the racquet became damaged. Customer services were awful in response and as of now, still have not refunded him. We sent them all the photos they needed and agreed with him. But still nothing. Avoid this company as they are unreliable and do not care about customers at all

There was an issue with the promotional code and it wasn’t applied at the check out. So I messaged straight away and within 2 minutes I was sent an email confirming the cancellation and a refund sent. Never had such a quick response! Hopefully my racket arrives looking forward to it :)

Excellent quality, and happy with the padel. Hopefully it plays well, would have been 5 stars but the delivery took a bit longer than advertised but it happens. So would recommend this site.

Unfortunately I received the wrong racket that I ordered, I contacted Padel Market to let them know of the error, they swiftly corrected the problem sending me a pre-paid returns label via email, waivered their usual 'No item despatched until return received' guideline and sent a new tracked racket immediately. They also asked if I would like a T Shirt in a size of my choice. When the racket arrived via DHL I also received a tube of 3 padel balls plus the T Shirt.
Yes, I was disappointed with the initial delivery, I am however more than delighted and satisfied with Padel Markets Customer Service and overall response. Thank you.
