Poor communication over a replacement
Ordered a pair of NOx trainers but when arrived thought they felt tight despite my normal size. Have since tried a couple of times to contact via a couple of channels over the past week to try and swap them for a bigger size. No contact (just the acknowledgment template saying they will get someone on it). Really poor speed on this and still not had a reply from them to tell me how to process this.

Terrible Customer Experience - Avoid at all costs
I submitted a warranty claim for a defective padel racket and was instructed by the company to destroy it and provide photographic evidence, which I did immediately. That was over four months ago.
Since then, the only response I receive is “it’s with the warranty team.” No resolution, no replacement, no refund, and no meaningful communication despite multiple follow-ups.
Once they had proof the racket was destroyed, communication effectively stopped, leaving me out of pocket with nothing. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.
I would strongly advise buying elsewhere from a company that actually honours its warranty.

Poor customer service
I gave a Padel racket as a gift to my daughter for Christmas. The first time she used it plastic bits fell off. I contacted Padel Market about it and despite photos and two messages chasing the have gone dark.

Poor customer service
I ordered the incorrect size so I ordered the correct and sent the others back using the correct procedure a with paperwork in the box. They had not even been out of the box! . I have emailed countless times and sent proof of postage but I have not received a refund. Certainly won’t be sharing with my padel club!

The only issue was the DHL shipment; they charged a commission that was not stated in advance. However, that is a fault with DHL, not the seller.
