Your prices inline are not including shipping. That was another $60 for me. Never again buying a liar company like yours

Customer Service

I bought an expensive racket and it arrived faulty. These things happen but there has been no urgency to get it replaced. I have had to message on WhatsApp, email 2 different email addresses and send a DM on Instagram to get one response. Still no solution in sight. I also received an email to rate the customer service that I haven't received. Very disappointed.

Edit: After almost a week of complaints all I have been told is that "the manufacturer is reviewing the evidence" with no explanation of the possible outcomes. Really really shocked this is how they treat their paying customers. If they send you a faulty item it should be replaced immediately.

Quite disappointed with the misleading…

Quite disappointed with the misleading marketing strategies. Was supposed to pay $198 ended up paying $315 because of DHL Express shipping I didn't ask for + Import duties that were never presented to me in the first place.

This completely defeats the purpose of buying from your store for a competitive price. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, I would not have placed the order and would have purchased locally instead.

I believe that, as the merchant, PadelMarket is responsible for making international buyers aware of these additional costs before purchase. In my case, this information was not clearly visible.

I like the product, but this experience has been very disappointing.

I returned a jacket on 26th January as…

I returned a jacket on 26th January as it was too small. Since sending it back, I have followed up four times via email and also sent a direct message on Instagram, which was read but not responded to.

The company has received the returned item, yet my refund has still not been processed and I have had no communication to explain the delay. There is no contact number available, leaving me with no other option but to leave this review.

Very disappointing customer service and lack of communication.

La descripcion del tamano de zapato en el website, es distinto al que llego en la caja de Joma (US size). La orden vino con un tamano distinto al que queria! Vivo en los Estados Unidos y la "tarifa" no estaba clara para mi. La descripcion de la tarifa adicional, no hace mi compra competitiva. Me Hubiese gustado entender el valor de la tarifa, entiendo es un porcentaje, debe estar claro!.

Terrible customer service

I ordered a NOX racket and it arrived with a damaged case. The zip is broken, so you can’t even open or close it properly.
I emailed them straight away and have chased it up three times since. Every time I just get the same nonsense AI reply saying it’s been “passed to the relevant department” - and then nothing.
Find it staggering that companies like this are allowed to operate.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a racket over a week ago and have not received any form of update regarding the whereabouts of said racket. Have contacted customer support to no avail, they do not respond whatsoever.

the price was excellent

the price was excellent, the shipment on the time expected, the racket feel good so far. next order i will ordering to the US because in Mexico the customs taxes are expensive, i payed like almost 60% of the price of my order!
