I placed an order in error
I placed an order in error, I tried cancelling it immediately and it it wouldn’t allow me to. I then emailed more than 5 times and the “bot” responded telling me an agent would respond. Never received a response back.

Terrible experience
Awful experience, there is no contact from padel market using their WhatsApp, phone number, or email.
My package is now 8 days late and I’m being g emailed to rate my experience, so clearly padel market think my equipment has been delivered. Still no contact!!

Undisclosed 30% Surcharge AFTER Sale
I got charged $45 extra after the sale in import taxes to the US even though there was a box for item price, shipping and taxes that I agreed to as part of the sale. This was an increase of 30% on the price of the racket. There was no disclosure of supplemental taxes. I reached out to the store to try to work it out both via email and with their chat bot and never got passed the automatons to speak with a person. I tried to even offer to pay the equivalent of what I would have been charged locally in taxes, but was ignored.

I order my racket about 2 weeks ago and still didn’t get it .
When shipping arrived the ask for me to pay taxes that was never mentioned before.
I emailed pádel market and no response.

New padel racket
I recently ordered a new padel racket and the whole experience was great. The website was easy to use, had plenty of detail about the products, and checkout was simple.
Communication was spot on too – I got regular updates so I always knew what was happening with my order.
The only small downside is that it ships from Spain, so delivery took a little longer than if it was coming from the UK. Nothing major, just something to be aware of if you need it in a hurry.
That said, the racket itself was 100% worth the wait. Great quality and feels amazing to play with.
I’d definitely order from them again and would happily recommend them to other padel players!

Good racket
The racket is good and not broken. But the delivery took quite a long time. At first it said that the delivery takes 2-5 workdays, in the end it was about 10 days or so.
