Amazing Support and Customer Relations
We were searching for a new provider for a while and wasn't sure who to go with. Absolutely delighted and over the moon with the support and client relations we have received at Bread Ahead. Everything was discussed through and thorough and was reassured with the transfer and changes. the installation was straight forward and very supported by an amazing engineer named Shane. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Our phone system went down on the Tuesday and Padel Services were installing our new system by the Thursday morning. They were amazing the whole time they were here and showed us how to use in great detail our lovely new phones. Can't say thanks enough to Shane and Andy for the whole installation. Upgrade of VoIP system
Padel provided us with an upgrade of our VoIP system from our current provider to a new iPECS system. The process and installation was seamless and the engineers were very knowledgeable and helpful and ensured all our staff were suitably trained on using the system. Would recommend.
