Absolute waste of time,you filling…
Absolute waste of time,you filling surveys, they take money for it and you wont anything for your time.
Plus reading last couple reviews they seem to stop issuing payments! Which i think its big fat red flag, and anyone reading these should steer clear.

Waste of time
Writing this out of pure frustration. I have just completed a 90 minute survey for 12000 points. This survey finished and automatically started me on a new one. Given I had just done a 90 minute one I continued with this new one as I was scared it would impact on my reward for the previous survery. The website conveniently crashed when i finished the second survey and I haven't been awarded anything for either surveys! It was about 2 hours in total. I am close to cashing out on a voucher and I don't even want to attempt another survey. It's just not worth the time or effort and seems really unfair to do a job and not be paid.

Most unhappy with them
I have been taking part in their surveys for quite a while now. You used to be able to request your reward in Amazon vouchers but that seems to have stopped so, on the last occasion I requested a PayPal payment. This was confirmed on 9 May by email and informed me that the money would be in my account within 14 days. I finally received it today - 7 June. In the intervening period I have emailed them 2-3 times with no response. I don’t find this acceptable and I will NOT be participating in their surveys ever again.
NB. Since writing this review I have received an email apologising for the delay which was due to staff shortages. Still not good enough as an automated holding reply would have put my mind at rest

Massively Underpaying
The points offered when converted into a real currency - the value is very poor, well below minimum wage salary. It is not a good return at all for the time spent.
