Great mobile app
The daily poll to collect stars is great and is relatively easy to collect enough to enter the monthly prize draw. The choice of rewards is great, just wish there were more surveys available to collect more points.

Excellent - Love Being Part of the Community
I have had an excellent time being part of the PaidFocusGroup community. The surveys and focus groups that are sent to me are accurately targeted, therefore ensuring the I have a much higher chance of being accepted and thus not wasting my time on incompatible surveys. Spent an hour completing a survey after…
Spent an hour completing a survey after getting through the 'screening', thanks me at the end and then told me I wasn't eligible so didn't get the advertised points. After I had given it all the information it needed obviously.
Trying to delete my account is an even bigger farce. 5 attempts and an email and still nothing.

Excellent panel site that has a wide variety of topics to take part in. The survey lengths vary too and the design of them is not your typical boring style.
The time/incentive ratio is fair and payout very fast. Never any issues but I've yet to win any prize draws 😉

Great Platform, Service and Team!!
I have been using PaidFocusGroup for a few years now and they have delivered a very good, modern and engaging service. I have been amazed of how user friendly the site is and they always have opportunities to get rewarded and encourage a real community atmosphere. Recently I got exceptional service from Nicholas (Nick) at customer service, who sorted a reward that was not credited due to a simple miscommunication. He not only responded very quickly to my help request but chased up the points directly with the client, identified the issue and clearly explained it it great empathy and apology but ensured that he followed up and messaged me as soon as the my reward was credited to my account. He exceeded my expectations, as I had long given up on getting this kind of service anymore. These guys are legit, the real deal and I look forward to remaining part of the community.

Great customer service
Really good company with great customer service. The staff have always been polite and happy to help with whatever query or questions I have had. Most recently, I received an unexpected message from the customer service team regarding a project I took part in last month to advise me that I have been credited for the project and also an apology that it took so long (the project info wasn't clear and gave the impression customers would have been paid sooner). Wasn't expected because usually (from experience with other companies) you'd just see the credit to your account! Thank you Paid Focus Group for being empathetic and your support for the time that I have been with you.
