Spoke to someone called Mohammed. Excellent customer service/manner. I had previously spent alot of money on tickets that I hadn't been able to use. He organised that I got a free booklet of 10 tickets which I will now make sure my boys will use. I really didn't expect it and had given my previous tickets up as a lost cause. I was very pleased with the company.

PaintballX seems to be a reseller for tickets to another paintball arena. They don't tell you how much it will cost to buy paint. On a typical day you easily use 200-300 paints so expect to pay at least £30 per person.

Had an awesome day hanging out with my mates, diving into some games. The setups were top-notch, and the game modes kept us hooked for hours. Highly recommend checking it out, especially the spot in South London. It's a blast!

It was great service in my first time of paintball. Very fun activity to do with your friends and families. I admire the customer service from Mohammad, very genuine guy, he actually encouraged me to try it and I am 100% sure I’ll go for a second time soon. Highly recommend to other as well.

Mohammed provided me and my friend great customer service with his enthusiasm. He greeted us with an extremely big smile and open gestures, seeming very friendly and easy to talk to, not only did he sell us the tickets but also managed to ask us how we are today which was very considerate of him! He really made my day and I am very excited to have my paint balling experience with you after having my lovely conversation with Mohamed.

Mohamed approached me today with such a bubbly and enthusiastic attitude, already from then I could tell I was going to buy the tickets just from his approach. He managed to convince me by advertising the venues and activity as a whole, making me extremely excited to book using the tickets I bought from Mohamed. Not only did he mention the tickets he was also being extremely friendly, asking about how my day was which overall was just an amazing customer service from Mohamed :D
