Be careful when ordering from here. I purchased from them and waited a week, with no contact or advise as to the whereabouts of my order, at the 7 day point I started calling, emailing and direct messages, at no point did anyone answer or respond. Luckily I am local, so called down to see them, at which point , I was told the owner would be in the next day, I said I would be back then and left my number, they called that afternoon and said I could collect the next day, which I did. With that in mind, I would be careful when placing orders unless you are local and can go to the warehouse. In these days of communication, there is no reason not to respond, have a phone that accepts messages and respond to customers.

Still not received an update on my order over a week ago and no reply to my email and no response on the phone really not impressed looks like I may have to go through PayPal for a complete refund .

Two stars because of unexpected freebies.
Ordered item (Craghoppers re-proofing spray) was non-functional - sent two messages to inform of this but had no response.

My parcel arrived in super quick time and included a freebie. Thank you I will recommend

Placed order. No confirmation email. Tried calling... engaged. Money not yet take from PayPal - currently pending. Based on my experience so far and what other have written I would advise not shopping with these people.

Ordered a top . Received order confirmation and then an invoice. A week later recipient an email to review my order. Never received anything, I tried phoning, emailed and online chat . No reply’s what so ever , to deal with the situation ! In one word….. Awful !
Credit card company will now deal with them .

I found exactly what I searches for.
But thank's Brexit it took forever and I had to pay toll.
In futur I buy from a shop on the kontinent...

Stuffs good but it takes too long to come

Although I have already completed my order by ApplePay, they cancelled my order due to shipping issue ( They cannot deliver large package to Japan). They have returned the money but I made loss due to different exchange rate. ( I paid by Singapore Dollar) They should not accept my order from the beginning.

Items arrived not as ordered
Tried to contact via phone email and online chat ,so far no reply from any
Stuck with an item not ordered

Good communication for ensuring I ordered the correct part. Parts arrived as ordered But delivery was shocking. I paid £10 for express delivery which turned out to be 48 hour delivery which took 6 days by the time it was actually dispatched. In my mind paying £10 for express delivery of a dropper post lever it should arrive next day.

Product advertised on the website was not available and a substitute I did not want was sent instead.
Very misleading website!

Excellent service, great selection and good value

As always excellent service - products arrived securely wrapped and when they said they would. Company is a pleasure to deal with.

It was my first time ordering from Hike, Bike & Ride. I purchased a big container of Nikwax washing liquid as they had the best price available.

When the item arrived, I was surprised by how well packaged it was. Care had been taken to tape the cap of the bottle and the item had further measures to prevent it from leaking.

I would certainly buy from Hike, Bike & Ride again in the future.
