Easy to order and good delivery
The ordering process was straightforward. The item was delivered in 5 days via Post Office who provided advance notification of delivery date and time. Ordering from HB&R was a satisfactory experience.

Good deal was wasn't too good to be true.
Got a great deal on a bike workshop stand. It was packaged well and arrived in good time. We didn't need to have any interaction with the staff as everything went swimmingly.

Much sought after jacket
Everything about this purchase seemed to be so good until the item arrived, unfortunately the item was too small and I have had to return the item to yourselves it was supposed to be xxx in size but was nowhere near that size as I have other jackets that size which fit me great one disappointed customer as I really liked this jacket but that was the biggest size available

Great all round
Bought some new Shimano SPD cycling shoes for my cycling trip to Scotland. Needed them fast as was a last minute trip. Ordered them on the Thursday and Arrived on the Friday. Super fast delivery and service can’t fault them at all.
