The quick response and issue resolution

Great customer service. I had a problem with an order. You accrue rewards points for each purchase. When I tried to use some of these points the coupon code that it generated came up as unusable. Plus, my points were gone.
An email to customer service, and I received a way to remedy that situation, along with a coupon code for free shipping.
Prices are competitive for pre framed canvas. There are options for canvas sizes and quantity of different paint colors to enhance the quality of the picture.
Shipping time is a little long, but if you schedule your next masterpiece halfway through the one you are working on, it will work out just right.
As an older person, painting is a great way to pass the time, and I gift the completed works to friends and family.

Contacted Customer services straight after placing my order and advised they would be in contact in the next 1-2 hours. After 3 more requests, no-one contacted me for 10 days until my order had been delivered. I was trying to cancel the order. Worst customer service ever

It's an absolutely terrible product. My son and me both started kits. My son did the mother and baby elephant whilst I did the row of houses.

The numbers are so small both of us have been struggling. I do understand that if you pay peanuts you get monkeys but I didn't expect it would turn into a stressful exercise. I am sure it's meant to be a creative calming activity but it was nothing like that. Both of us were tearing our hair out by day 4 and are on the verge of giving up.

If anyone gave me a free Aldi paint by numbers kit I will now think they hated me! I wouldn't do another one. I am considered to be a reasonable artist otherwise.

People have said there's not enough paint but that was not a problem we had. There is still plenty left in the tubs.

I ordered a gift card on their website on December 16. It should have been emailed to the recipient immediately upon purchase. It is now December 19. No gift card was sent, there has been no contact from the seller after several emails and online chat attempts. A dispute has been filed with PayPal. I just want a refund at this point, as I do not want my friend to try to purchase something as the customer service it non-existent

I very much like the selection of paintings and the vibrant colors. I especially like the quick response from Paint Vibe when I ordered the same painting twice in error. Paint Vibe handled the refund in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Paint Vibe.

Does anyone have contact info from this shop??? I have placed the order, paid, but then got the message that there is some kind of exception with shipment. I have no idea what this means, nor can I see where package is.
I have contacted paintvibe.com on several occasions, through email and chat, but so far no response.
I have no idea what to do. Anyone can help??

Product came damaged but most likely by the USPS. Emailed company with pictures and they agreed to send a replacement. Quick reply!

It’s been a very positive experience with Paint Vibe. When I received my canvas and paints it had been damaged during the shipping process along a knot in the wood (a weakness in the wood). The customer service staff from Paint Vibe worked with me to provide a replacement canvas, thereby helping me to solve the problem. Not every business provides this kind of customer support. If there is a problem with your order they will help you to fix it! It’s great!

Ordered using the Buy3 code to get the 4th free. On my end the code went through and showed evryhign was fine. They said I did not use code and they only sent 3 paintings. I messaged support right away and they would not send the 4th free paintng. I never would have ordered 3 ..I only did this to get the 4th free. I previously ordered 6 pairings with paint by Numbers shop and never had any problems. I thought this was the same company ....maybe it's not.
Update: They eventually offered to refund 15% on my purchase which I appreciate.

First time I use Paintvibe services.
At first, there was a problem...They cashed the amount for the order, then a mistake happened on their side and they closed my account saying my pmt did not pass trough. BUT...A week after, I got an e-mail from support, saying they found my pmt. So they make amend, and as a good faith reparation, they sent me the 2 custom I had purchased for free and only charged the 2 reg on the 4 I bought. Plenty excuses were made from them, they were really kind to me, and I can tell without a doubt they provide very good products. Good paint, canevas, package and the service is quick... For me this company is ex-aequo with Number artist for the 1st position in paint by number area. If they could join forces, they could crush competition in a heartbeat!

I loved their products. In this specific case, I had forgotten to use the coupon code when I checked out. I reached out to support through email and they helped me within 24 hours and gave me a refund. Very happy with the support I received. Great job!

Ordered a kit from paintvibe.com over 3 weeks ago, it said that it should arrive within 14 days but have not received anything. Support said they would look into it, however I heard nothing until I wrote again a week later. Support then immediately informed me that they could not ship to my country and refunded the order. Points for the fast reply the second time + the refund, but communication could have been a lot faster and it was frustrating to wait.

BEWARE
Like a previous review I ordered a custom painting and am unable to finish it due to not enough paint.
Emailed customer service to be told they can’t post liquids 🤷‍♀️I wonder how I got the paints in the first instance?
I was also told to go to a craft shop to match the colour by “eye”.
I have previously bought many canvases from this company and have been very happy, but what has changed? Has the company changed hands?
I will not be buying from them again.

I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out. I contacted support and was told they won't be sending out extra paint. I was told it can't be shipped overseas (however the item was originally?) and that their paints don't have any common names. I was told, "to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye."
I don't think it's that simple when there are several similar colours. Very disappointed, won't be purchasing again. Painting can't be finished. Waste of time and money.

TLDR - ran out of paint, company doesn't supply more.

Ordered 2 x paint by number sets and they came in perfect condition within 5 days ( ordered 3/2 and arrived 8/2). The canvas is already framed so I can start painting and just hang the finish product when done. Yippee!!!

I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I'm still yet to receive it. I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I'm wanting is a refund. I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn't know where it's at, so I would like a refund. Order #138013

Wrong size frame, a poor quality canvas, look at comments in Facebook, no customer service, they say full refund no quibble,but the just ignore emails, they are scammers

There was an error when I placed the order, and I emailed them 2 minutes after the order was placed to get it fixed. It took a few days for them to get back to me via email, but they did respond and fix the shipping address. The gift is now on it's way to the correct address!
