I love doing paintbynumbers.shop paintings. They are fun and relaxing and they offer a great assortment of paintings for adults at excellent prices. I am running out of room in my house, but I plan on continuing to paint by numbers.

Impressionist Elephant

I am still working on this painting, and so far I'm loving it! The biggest factor in choosing this company was that the canvas already comes on a frame, which is making it easier to paint, and it's ready to hang when I'm done!

My only complaint is that some of the colors are really similar to each other (and different from the original), so when they are side by side they look indistinguishable, making the final product a bit different from the original painting.

I also bought an extra super fine brush at Michael's to handle the tiny tiny little spaces.

Overall, loving the product and I'm enjoying sitting down every week to work on it. :)

Really pleased with my sets. I will post a photo when I have finished them. Customer contact excellent. Love the way each painting comes in it's own box.

This is a great company. Their product is excellent. When I had what I thought was a shipping problem their customer service was prompt. Ended up a me problem not theirs. I recommend this company both for product and service.

I have ordered 2 painting from them and I just received two more. Have to be patient with the shipping but it's well worth it. Good quality product

Exactly what I ordered. Excellent quality, recieved in 9 days during the Holidays.. Am extremely happy with my PBN. Comes on a fully stretched canvas. Enough paint was provided and 1 nice size full color picture as well as 1 full size number guide! I was so happy with my order, I ordered another 2.

Everything delivered on time, in one piece, ready to hang on the wall after painting. Also answers by e-mail very timely en friendly, good service!

I ordered 2 paintings and was very pleased with what I received. Since they are already stretched, once I finished my painting it was ready to hang. I will order again (once I finish this one!).

I ordered a diamond painting kit in the end of November. The company response was prompt and soon it was on its way to me. Unfortunately, it got delayed in the holiday madness of packages at a shipping hub once it reached the US. I contacted the company by email worried about it possibly being lost. They responded the next day with the local (US) tracking number. When my package arrived I found it had been damaged in transit. Despite being appropriately packaged, something skewered the box and tore the canvas. I contacted the company explaining the situation and included photos in my email. They responded almost immediately and sent a replacement kit to me at no charge. The replacement kit has arrived in pristine condition. I was initially concerned with ordering from overseas. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of this company. Their customer service is outstanding and the kit itself is high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to order from them again.

I received very quick confirmation that my order was shipped out a day or two after I ordered, which was so encouraging. However, being in Canada, my order was held up at Customs and then Canada Post was extremely slow to deliver. PaintByNumbers did everything right! But Canada Post was very very tardy with their delivery.

I ordered 4 kits during the holidays amd was absolutely blown away by the beautiful quality of what i received. I will absolutely be ordering more when I finish the ones I just got!

My granddaughter showed me these paintings as something she would really like to receive for Christmas this year. She is an aspiring artist and was really excited about some of the paintings available. I found a coupon when I was ordering but had some difficulty applying it so I sent an email. I had a response within a few hours and my issue was resolved! Recognizing the issues with shipping this year (due to COVID and weather) it took a while for my items to arrive. I sent an email inquiring and, again, I had a rapid response helping me track and apologizing, (though they had been shipped within a day of ordering them). My items did arrive in time for Christmas.
My granddaughter was SO excited when she opened them!! She loves them and has already spent hours working on her first one! IMG_6639.JPG

Recommended by an experienced diamond painter as the BEST quality product. I received first project in a timely manner. Love the framed canvas, well labled 'diamonds' and zip-lock bags for easy storage!!!

Excellent service and it motivates and bring artist in anyone.

update 1/5/20: company agreed to refund my money or send a replacement order after the package was still unable to be found by tracking and considered lost. Raised my review from from 1 to 3 stars based on them finally rectifying the situation.

This company is fine as long as you receive your order. However, if the order is lost all you can get is a cut and paste response (see below). After receiving this response I asked how long until a package is considered lost so I know when I can request a replacement or refund. I never got an answer to this question and eventually received the same cut and paste response again. I tried again but again got no where and received the same cut and paste response. I will now be going to my credit card company in hopes of getting a refund since tracking says the package is still at my local courier for 4 weeks now.

I ordered off this website a couple of weeks ago. I messaged their customer service box on the website to see if it would be there for Christmas and they responded very quickly by email. Jackie was incredibly friendly and ensured it would be here on time. It arrived today and the quality is just incredible. Would highly recommend 😊
