This was my first time ordering from this company after reading great reviews. I received my order 3 weeks after placing it and the canvases came in perfect condition! Reason not for 5 stars is that I ordered 4 canvases (used the buy 3 get 1 free promotion), but I only received 3. I have sent them a message so hopefully this will be sorted soon.

I love love love paint-by-numbers! They are the best company that I have bought any type of craft from. I love that I can finish my painting, put the sealant on it and hang it on my wall! Beautiful results every time! I've got my next one ready to do. That's the number 3 and I can't wait to do a hundred more!

In the fall of 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, I ordered my first Paint By Numbers kit. It was exciting and fun to do.
Upon completion of that one I ordered a second kit, and a third one is in transit now.
I love the quality of the canvas and paints, and they give me a sense of joy and pride when I show family and friends. I highly recommend Paint By Numbers!

I recently ordered a product from PaintByNumbers. I received the product in the time expected. However it was damaged. I contacted PaintByNumbers, I sent them a picture of the damage and they immediately shipped me a replacement. There service was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. They treat their customers with respect and trust their customers integrity.
Great working with PaintByNumbers and hoping to have a long relationship with them with my new and enjoyable hobby of painting.

Love your paint by number kits. They are excellent quality and lovely when finished (I’m almost done with my first painting) Flower Yorkie. Canvas is framed and it’s ready to paint right out of the box and directions are most helpful. I will be purchasing more. Great purchase!

paintings on your Web site and in a store near my home that sells
them. Everytime i finish one, I put it on my Facebook page and my
co-workers and friends are trilled to see them. Many friends and
co-workers bought some because of what they saw i did. They are
now as hooked on those kits as i am!

Dear Paint by Numbers -

I just wanted to let you know I love your products! So far I have
purchased 7-8 paint by numbers and 2 diamond paintings. I have
painted a total of 4 canvases, working on my fifth, and, I must
say, the quality of the canvas, paint pots, brushes, etc. is
FANTASTIC!

I tried another company during the pandemic; however, I did not
enjoy their product. The pots were singular and not numbered to
match the, very tiny, paint chart. The canvas was more stretchy
somehow and didn't seem to take the paint nicely. And there were
no pictures on the box to let me know what canvas was inside. :(

As I keep painting, I fully
intend to continue to purchase from your company and promote it
among my friends.

I am almost done my third painting. I have really enjoyed the painting. I started basic and have progressed to more detailed pictures as I go. What I like most about your product, is the frame and stretched canvas. I just have to sit and paint, and the finished product is ready to hang on the wall. I’ve mailed the first two to my daughter across the country, and she is hanging them both very soon!
The hobby has been a ‘blessing’ during this pandemic!
Your product and service, so far, has been wonderful! Keep it up!

Just recieved my second paint by Numbers. Love how the first one came out and excited to start the second!

I very much like the quality of the paints and canvas, a good size reference sheet and a really good quality guide photo comes with the paint by numbers kit. Also, they deliver fairly quick. I really like this company and highly recommend them.

They came quickly and arrived safely, I thought I had a problem, so I e-mailed them and they came back straight away and were brilliant, problem solved.
I’ve opened them up and they look great, looking forward to starting them. I will buy again 😄

They are legit, good quality and the canvas arrives on the frame already. I have bought 3 paintings so far and love it!
My favourite is the green ballerina.

Their name got "stolen" and used by others that often scam.
I write this to help an honest company and hopefully they get even more choices for paintings :)
