I don’t often write reviews
I don’t often write reviews, but this time was an exception. I put an order in to Paintshack for some paints I was given a delivery date by DHL for Wednesday,. I waited in for the delivery but it did not appear. All I got on the DHL app was it was now going to be delivered Thursday I had to take time off work for delivery. I waited in on Thursday but once again I never got a parcel at the specified time, so no delivery again. I contacted DHL and the voice command said it would now be delivered on Friday. I phoned Paintshack I spoke to Jess who seem to sympathise with the delivery company more than she did with me. Jes went on to explain that it may be that DHL are busy or there short of drivers I explained that this wasn’t any help to me. She said that she could phone DHL, but it probably wouldn’t make any difference. At that point I did become really annoyed and Jess, explained it would just be better to give me my money back ……great service from a great company, sorting out a problem….
