Will charge you but not sent you all your products and packaging will be torn up also caulking tubes have factory errors.

When I ordered 60 tubes of caulking, they charged my credit card 150$ made shipping labels for two items and sent out one package before the holidays, both tracking # said same delivery dates. When package arrives onle one comes. Half my order not received. I contacted company they tell me its lost by UPS. They are scamming companys by not send out whole orders.

Poor packing/damaged order/NO response

Ordered 4 gallons of Weldwood glue. it was priced well and shipping was reasonable. It was poorly packed and 2 of the tubs were squeezed open and distributed around the inside of a single layer box. I have tried to contact the company multiple times with no response. Due diligence in packing and shipping is lacking. Be aware that they will ship whatever you order in the minimum packaging. That is fine for paint brushes, not so for liquids. UPS will not honor claims on poorly packed item damage. Ask them.
